Deliver presentations on the go with SharePlay

SharePlay is a feature available for iOS devices that allows you to share audio and video content from multiple applications through a FaceTime call. With Zoho Show for iOS, you can now deliver presentations using SharePlay.

Imagine you're travelling and have to deliver an important presentation to your team. No matter where you are, you can still present effectively with your Show app for iOS by using SharePlay. All you need to do is connect with your team through a FaceTime call and present your slideshow.

What can you do with SharePlay in the Show app for iOS?

With the SharePlay feature, you can do much more than deliver your presentation through the FaceTime app. Show offers interactive functions for both the presenter and the viewer.

What can a presenter do?

As a presenter, you can create slide-specific notes to maintain a seamless presentation flow, and use the Draw tools to highlight important data. While switching between apps, you can black out the screen for your viewers. You can even let a teammate take over your slideshow by simply transferring slide control to a viewer.

What can a viewer do?

As a viewer, you can revisit slides while the presentation is still being delivered, and then return to the current slide using the Sync with Presenter option. You can use the Request to Present option to take control of the slideshow.

 

Terminating a SharePlay presentation:

Both the presenter and the viewer can end a SharePlay session. The presenter can choose to terminate the session for all the participants, whereas the viewers will only be able to end a presentation for themselves.
