L'objectif de l'intégration est, comme son nom l'indique, d'intégrer votre nouvel employé dans l'organisation et de le familiariser avec ses outils, équipes, projets et objectifs. Les organisations qui disposent d'un processus d'intégration structuré enregistrent une meilleure productivité des nouveaux employés.
Intérêt d'un processus d'intégration structuré
- Réduire le taux de renouvellement du personnel et ses coûts - Le processus d'intégration peut donner aux employés potentiels un aperçu de la culture de l'entreprise et façonner leur perception de leur futur lieu de travail pendant cette période critique. Une bonne impression favorise la volonté de rester, tandis qu'une impression négative peut aggraver les problèmes de renouvellement du personnel. Activer l'intégration de Zoho People
- Depuis Zoho Recruit, cliquez sur Paramètres > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho People.
- Dans la page Intégration Zoho People, activez le bouton Intégration Zoho People.
Mapper des champs de Zoho People à Zoho Recruit
- Allez sur Paramètres > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho People.
- Dans la section Mappage des champs, sélectionnez le module à mapper.
- Mappez les champs de Zoho People aux champs correspondants de Zoho Recruit.
Transformer un candidat en employé
- Allez sur le module "Candidats".
- Dans la page d'accueil du candidat, sélectionnez le candidat à convertir.
- Dans la page détails du candidat, cliquez sur "Convertir en employé".
- La page convertir un candidat s'affiche.
- Sélectionnez "Créer un nouvel employé" ou "Créer un nouveau fournisseur".
Note : Si vous convertissez le candidat en fournisseur, le candidat n'aura pas accès au portail des employés dans Zoho People.
- Les détails du candidat sont remplis automatiquement et mappés selon le mappage des champs défini dans la page de configuration de l'intégration Zoho People.
- Cliquez sur Convertir.
Pousser le candidat vers l'intégration
- Allez sur le module "Candidats".
- Dans la page d'accueil du candidat, sélectionnez le candidat à convertir.
- Dans la page Détails du candidat, cliquez sur le bouton "Plus" et sélectionnez "Transférer en push vers recrutement".
- La page "Push to onboarding" s'affiche.
- Les détails du candidat sont remplis automatiquement et mappés selon le mappage des champs défini dans la page de configuration de l'intégration de Zoho People.
- Cliquez sur Convertir.
