This is great to see and particularly for those users who don't have Zoho BOOKINGS.
The shame of it all though is that it could have been better.
Why do we have to set up separate booking forms for each type of meeting and for each online conferencing tool etc.
The real world operates on the basis that I should be able to configure my calendar booking with a single form and, subject to configuration settings in my CRM and for my bookings, be able to allow the user accessing the form to choose between the Face to face or Online meeting, the different VC tools I support (e.g. Zoho Meeting, Teams, Go to Meeting, Zoom etc) and optionally allow them to choose the length of time for the meeting.
All in one single form instead of a different form for each choice we have on all the attributes which is just so confusing it ie beyond belief.
Does Zoho actually ever ask the partners what the REAL business needs are because this feature fell way short of what is rally required and it would be so good to see something akin to what I believe is needed and suggest.
It would be interesting to know what other people think
