Here's what you can expect from the latest version of Zoho Bookings
1. UI Updates
Zoho Bookings greets you with a modern and user-friendly UI. Optimized for simplicity, switch between tabs using the collapsible dashboard.
2. Enhanced workspaces
Workspaces are virtual spaces for organizing your services based on your business department or location. Currently, admins in Zoho Bookings can view events and appointments across all workspaces (departments/locations).
With this version, assign team members as workspace admins, allowing them access only to certain workspaces. They can also be an admin of multiple workspaces and manage the services under it.
Access information easier with the workspace-centric view, which acts as a hub for all activities with respect to a workspace.
3. Get started with an AI-powered setup
Zoho Bookings allows you to tweak the interface and event or service names to help you make the application truly yours.
Use Zoho Bookings's AI to simplify your onboarding journey by auto-generating a customizable interface, service names, staff types, and locations based on your business needs.
4 . Create powerful workflows
Workflows are a series of custom actions that are executed when specified conditions are met. Use workflows to create advanced email or SMS sequences to engage your customers.
Send pre-meeting notifications, such as appointment confirmations, and post-meeting notifications, such as follow-ups or feedback collection requests. You can also create workflows with custom functions (using Deluge) to change an appointment status, push data into a CRM with a delay, and more.
5. Integrate with Bigin
Zoho Bigin is a simplified, pipeline-centric CRM for small businesses. This integration streamlines your business operations and helps you unify your data across both apps. You can add attendees as leads or contacts in Bigin and map booking form fields. Book appointments, manage leads, and create workflows all from a single dashboard.
6 . Comprehensive bookings dashboard
View and manage all your appointments from the My Space module. It acts as a hub for all your bookings, facilitating easier information access and effective appointment management.
7 . One-time booking URL
Use one-time booking URLs to tackle ad-hoc events. Generate one from an existing event, share it with clients, and get booked. Since the one-time URL is part of an existing event, you can simply share a link instead of having to create a new event and set your availability. More importantly, these links expire after a single booking.
8 . Recurring one-on-one meetings
Effectively manage appointments and reduce redundant bookings with recurring one-on-one meetings. You can also enable customers to schedule for either one meeting (drop-in bookings) or multiple meetings together (series bookings).
You can enable Zoho Bookings 2.0 from your Profile section.
If needed, you’ll always have the flexibility to switch back to the previous version.
