Self Client Authorization Code Flow for Mail returns 404

Hello, 
I'm having trouble getting the Zoho mail api setup and want a sanity check. I am trying to follow this guide to get an access token for the mail api: https://www.zoho.com/accounts/protocol/oauth/self-client/authorization-code-flow.html

Unfortunately I always get a 404. Any idea what I am doing wrong since from what i can see I am making an identical request to the example. I attached some screen shots that color code what tokens I copied to the coressponding parameters. Any ideas are much appreciated!
