When I am hosting a meeting, I would like to be able to associate meeting minutes or notes to the meeting. These notes should be accessible from the My Meetings dashboard so that I can review previous meetings easily, and other should be able to review them as well so that action notes based on the meeting can be followed up on. -- Max myprimer.ca

Feature Questions? Thinking of switching to Zoho Meeting
I am currently using GoToMeeting / GotoWebinar and Instant Presenter. Each has features the other doesn't. I would like to switch to Zoho Meeting as I use many of Zoho's application. When users are calling into a meeting @ 408-469-4614, the call in users cannot be heard. This is setup as a meeting.

ZMeeting computer audio issues

We provide small weekly training sessions for our customers and currently do this via GotoMeeting, with that service we are able to schedule recurring meetings with the same join info which allows our customers easy access to our weekly meetings without having to worry about the join meeting info changing each and every week. How do I only see meetings I have created?
I am the administrator for Zoho meeting and when I schedule meetings, I see them in my Upcoming meetings. However, if one of my staff schedules a meeting (but I am not invited to), I also see this meeting in my Upcoming meetings. Troubles with video in meeting desktop
Hi, I just installed meeting desktop to test it but when i launch the sesion it appears an error saying camera not founded. I checked my privacy settings and it's ok. If I launch the webinar at chrome it runs perfectly. How can I solve this?
