Announcing new features in Trident for Windows (v.1.25.8.0)

Trident for Windows is here with exciting new features to elevate your email communication and enhance productivity. Let’s dive into what’s new!

Accessing delegated mailboxes.
Mailboxes delegated from the Zoho Mail web app can now be accessed in Trident with customizable permission levels, allowing trusted delegates to manage email conversations. Learn more.

Switching the "From" address in the Mail Composer.
When composing or replying to an email, you can now change the "From" address directly in the Mail Composer. This lets you choose which email account to send the message from, helping you maintain the right context for your conversations. Learn more.

Create and share email permalinks.
Email permalinks make it easy to quickly access, share, and reference specific conversations without forwarding or searching through your inbox. You can now create and share permalinks, limit who can view the email from the shared link, and also set the permalink to be active for a specific duration. Learn more.

In addition to these new features, you can now also switch between Reply, Reply All, and Forward while responding to an email, making it easier to adjust your response without starting over. Learn more.

You can update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

Note: This update includes new features and enhancements, which require you to re-login to continue using Trident and access the latest improvements.

If you haven't already downloaded the app, you can download it here. Trident is available for free for all paid and trial users of Zoho Mail, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho One (using Zoho Mail).

  1. Click the Main Menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.
  4. Once you're ready, click Submit.
