¡Hola, comunidad!

Esperemos que hayas empezado el nuevo año con mucha energía. Siguiendo la serie de Tips and Tricks para Zoho Desk y coincidiendo con la reciente presentación de su función multilingüe, hoy queremos darte un nuevo consejo para seguir mejorando tu servicio al cliente.

¿En qué consiste esta nueva función?
Hablar el idioma de tu cliente en todos los puntos de contacto de su viaje de compra es crucial para construir relaciones duraderas con los clientes. Con las nuevas capacidades multilingües de Zoho Desk, los equipos de soporte pueden ahora llevar sus esfuerzos a un nivel superior con la traducción y publicación de artículos de la base de conocimientos en más de 40 idiomas. De esta forma, los clientes pueden utilizar la base de conocimientos disponible enviando sus comentarios sobre los artículos y planteando tickets desde el centro de ayuda en su idioma, y a su vez los agentes pueden responder en el idioma del cliente.

¿Cómo puedo agregar esta función a mi panel de control?
Para activar la funcionalidad de Zoho Desk Multilingüe tienes que ir a Configuración > Centro de asistencia > Idiomas y habilitar la función Multilingüe. Una vez habilitada, puedes añadir hasta 30 idiomas disponibles en tu negocio para que tus clientes encuentren respuestas en su propio idioma. 



De esta forma puedes traducir tus artículos de la base de conocimientos en otros idiomas y publicarlos en el idioma correspondiente con un solo clic.

Por otro lado, para traducir los tickets contamos con aplicaciones de traducción que se integran con Zoho Desk. Para buscar e instalar una aplicación de traducción, ve a Configuración > Mercado > Todo y busca aplicaciones de traducción con la palabra clave "translate". En estos momentos, tanto Unbabel y Google Translate son dos extensiones que nos ayudarán a traducir lo que los usuarios escriban en su idioma nativo.
