Hello Zoho, I am looking into using Zoho to create a database for a newly formed non-profit. I want to track the relationship between donors and donations given. I want to be able to pull up a contact and see all of their donations on the same screen. Is this type of thing possible? I have looked at some of the apps in the Marketplace, and while I see that it is possible to link a payment to a contact, I don't see a way to roll up that donation information on the Contacts form. Application creation help
I am planning to upgrade to a paid version. I see that there is an annual payment option where I can get email assistance. My question is as to what extent the assistance is given? If I am planning to build an elaborate application, will I get help all the way through?? Also, what's the response time?? etc. On a sidenote, I will be integrating it with Zoho CRM which will be integrated with Quickbooks. Thanks in advance.
Problem creator-invoice integration
I have difficulties with the integration of zoho creator and zoho invoice. Hi I open a form from a function using openURL and the function keeps executing can the function be made to wait for a return submission notice from the form which has been called ? Need to define multiple primary email addresses
Hi there - We have purchased Zoho, and plan to use it for multiple applications. The confirmation email sent on success for each of those applications needs to come from a different individual, not just the "primary email address" for the account. Validation of a File upload field ?
Hi, I'd like to limit the extension of the uploaded files in a form. I've written a script in the On add > Validation to check the filename. That's works correctly : if (input.FileUploadField.endsWith(".jpg")) { show or hide some fields; } Now, I'd like to check the filename before submiting the form, using a script in the "On User Input" of my FileUploadField, but the filename seems to be stay == "" and don't read the selected filename. Have you a suggestion for that please
Form is not loading in Edit Application mode
Something is corruped in my application try to Edit form in Edit application mode: ito_mu account - > EP_Attestation program, Select Systems form Form is not loading I cannot even delete this form I cannot create deluge script now for this application, and also when I try to view form definition from script mode, I get "Loading" forever. Simple Redirect Question
Hello There, What I need to do is: after save data on Form ("on success"), redirect the user to View instead of Form. Seems that the default Form ("on success") behaviour after you save data on a Form, is to be redirect to same Form, but instead of this, I would like to redirect it to View of that Form. I am new on Zoho Creator, but before I make this question here, I tried to find out the solution (without succeed). Thanks in advance Juliano.
Is it possible to to make Aggregate Records values clickable?
I'm using Aggregate Records in an form and it works great. However, I would now like to be able to click on the numerical value created by this function and be shown the records it has matched. How do I achieve that effect?
Access to source data in Creator apps?
Several of my apps use zoho.userid data. Is there a way of changing this data after it's posted? The short version is that I had to use a public url briefly and now need to recode that field as it's used in performance measures. Is there a way to access the data through phpmyadmin, for instance? Potential bug: migration tool loads all files in folder
Hi, Earlier this week, I reported an issue with the migration tool not loading my file. What was happening was that the when I selected a file, it the tool would hang and not do anything. I thought that the tool was not working so I re-downloaded it but had no luck. Today, I was clearing up my computer and cleaned out my downloads folder. Since I had reported the issue to support, I thought I would try and download the tool again and try one last time. This time it worked but instead of loading
'Back to Form' missing
When editing a form script there used to be a button in the upper right to go back to the Form design. It no longer shows. I use two different computers (XP & Vista) and Chrome 10 and FF 3.6. Does it still show for other developers? Herb Wexler

Hi I'm sending emails from my application using a schedule task. Is it possible to customize information about email sender? I can send emails from zoho.adminid (in my case: "system[at]tufconsulting.pl"). I know that changing this email address is forbidden now, but can I add some more info in FROM field, for example "Name <system[at]tufconsulting.pl>"? system[at]tufconsulting.pl is my primary email address in Zoho account. Is it possible to add a few more addresses in the Zoho account (ie. "system2[at]tufconsulting.pl",

Formobject passed to a function cant seem to locate it via script builder
Hi I pass a formobject to a function and can seem to access it via the notation formobject.field name Therefore at this point i am thinking that the formobject now exists as a standard collection variable does when u fetch etc, however using scriptbuilder there is nothing listed in the collection variable tab. Should i be looking elsewhere or thinking different Thanks
Dropdown Field Not Working in IE7 in embedded forms

The record quota limit on my Zoho creator account has just been reduced to 50,000 records with now warning making my application unusable as I already have over 140,000 records. I requested an increase in my record quota, not a decrease. Zoho Creator and Scheduler
Hi, We have build an application, that needs to automatically call some functions on a regular basis. For that we are required to add scheduler in our code to automate series of function calls. Due to the type of the application, we do not want to publish code for install by users in marketplace. The issue is when we try to add a scheduler this keeps failing to publish in marketplace. We tried form and custom scheduler both without any luck. Please let us know if this is a limitation, if so how

Hi, I know that a "file or picture" field is string type. I know that it's default value is "" on every case except "on Delete" only then is "null". Please, trust me, I am not making you waste time. I executed this function to populate a few records' "Decision box" field. for each r in Buscar [Propiedad == "Terreno"] { r.FFF1 = true; } The result was that all the "Decision box" fields displayed true. This is correct. Then I executed this fuction to update some of this fields.

Cannot get image to display in HTML View in IE.

The image displays great in zoho and firefox, but in IE I only get a red x with the alt name displayed.

Hi, Hope someone can help, there is simply no help to be found. I have a database called laptop sales. In this database I have details of laptops I have in stock that I can sell. Database fields are, Make, Model, CPU, Memory etc (you get the idea). Now before I came across Zoho Creator I had the details listed in a book and when I wanted a sheet of A5 paper with the sales bumph on I would use Microsoft Publisher to produce this using the data I had in my book. Linking Two Forms
Hi: I created a Product database that has two basic forms (Products & Vendors). The forms are linked together by a "lookup" field called "Vendor ID" in the Products form. I have two other fields in the Vendors form called "Drop Ship Fee" and "Percent Discount". What I need is to automatically update the same two fields in the Product form whenever I update them in the Vendor form. For instance, if the "Drop Ship Fee" field changes from $3 to $5, for one vendor, I need all the records in the Product
