【Zoho CRM】やりとりの要約機能リリースのお知らせ

今回はZoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から、新機能のやりとり要約機能をご紹介します。
 
Zoho CRMのやりとりの要約は、Ziaが生成する機能で、データに関連付けられた最近のやりとりを簡潔にまとめて提供します。
メール、通話、ミーティング、メモなどを1つの明確な要約にまとめ、重要なポイント、過去の話し合いの要点、結果、次のステップを表示することで、日常的な課題に対処します。
Ziaの強みは、単なる要約にとどまらず、内容の解釈も行えるです。やりとりの要約では、顧客との会話に潜む遅延、フォローアップ漏れ、約束、期限、感情、意図を特定します。

見込み客の引き継ぎ、しばらく関わっていなかった見込み客への再接触、進行中の商談の再検討などの複数のケースにおいて、会話の全体像を即座に理解することが可能です。




Ziaのやりとり要約でできること

  • データに関連付けられた最近のやりとりを確認
  • メール、通話、ミーティング、メモからそれぞれ最大10件を要約
  • 最も関連性の高い最新情報のみを抽出して表示
  • 通話文字起こし機能有効時は、文字起こしテキストと通話項目の両方を分析
  • 具体的なやり取りの履歴がない場合は、件名、目的、議題などから要約
  • 該当の会話に関連するメモのみを考慮して要約

  1. スマートプロンプトの結果の表示権限

  2. Ziaによる要約の権限
