Any timeline for these features?

Hello!

Was wondering if there was a timeline to for the following features:
  1. Increased API Access for automations. The Rules are nice, but really need more automation, such as adding things to CRM, automating task creation, forwarding emails, etc.
  2. "negative" filtering. Would love to set up filters where something is not there, especially tags. For example: when an email is processed, we add a tag, so being able to search for emails where the processed tag is NOT there would be helpful.
  3. Better integration with the standard Zoho CRM so I can forward/send an email without having to look in my CRM for the email or create a second contact list in Team Inbox.
The API thing is huge for us because we'd really like to automate a number of frequent inbound emails.
