Introducing auto-scan for expense receipts!

Dear customers,

We are excited to announce that Zoho Invoice now supports automatic scanning of expense receipts. This feature was introduced in other Zoho Finance applications a while back and we are glad to roll it out in Zoho Invoice now. No more stashing receipts in a box and waiting for your accountant to record them! Upload an image of your receipt and let us do the rest for you. :)

With the auto-scan feature in Zoho Invoice:
  • You can quickly upload receipt images and let the system scan key details like the expense date and amount for you. The image can be uploaded either from your desktop or from cloud accounts like Zoho Docs, Google Drive, Dropbox, Evernote, or OneDrive.
  • You (or your vendors) can forward receipts to a specific receipt forwarding email address where they are automatically scanned.
