Listes à sélection multiple
Les incohérences dans la saisie des données sont fréquentes, en particulier dans les feuilles de calcul partagées où plusieurs utilisateurs saisissent des informations selon des formats différents. Les listes de sélection permettent de résoudre ce problème en obligeant les collaborateurs à choisir parmi un ensemble d’options prédéfinies, garantissant ainsi cohérence et précision. Jusqu’à présent, seules les listes à sélection unique étaient prises en charge. Nous introduisons désormais les listes à sélection multiple pour rendre la saisie des données encore plus simple et flexible. Vous pouvez sélectionner plusieurs éléments dans une même cellule et personnaliser leur apparence en ajoutant des couleurs ou en les affichant sous forme de pastilles.

Optimiser la collaboration grâce aux workflows
Dans un espace collaboratif comme une feuille de calcul, il est facile que les tâches se dispersent. Sans workflow défini, il faut sans cesse relancer les membres de l’équipe par chats ou e-mails. Avec les Workflows de Zoho Sheet, les équipes peuvent créer, modifier et finaliser leurs documents de façon organisée. Activer un workflow permet d’assurer la responsabilité de chacun, une communication claire et une meilleure efficacité.
Les workflows sont créés et gérés via WorkDrive uniquement par les administrateurs de l’organisation. Ils peuvent choisir un workflow par défaut ou créer un workflow personnalisé. Une fois mis en place, toute personne ayant les droits de modification peut l’assigner.
Marquer la feuille comme finale
Vous terminez une feuille de budget, vérifiez les chiffres, la partagez avec l’équipe… et quelqu’un apporte une modification de dernière minute — cela nous est tous arrivé ! C’est exactement pour cela que nous introduisons l’option “Marquer comme finale” dans Zoho Sheet. Cette fonctionnalité permet à vos collaborateurs de savoir qu’ils consultent la version finale tout en garantissant que le fichier reste intact et protégé contre les modifications accidentelles.

Optimiser votre utilisation de Zoho Sheet
Afin de faciliter l’exploitation complète des mises à jour, les limites maximales pour le nombre de lignes, de cellules et certaines actions dans les feuilles de calcul ont été augmentées.
- Cellules : chaque feuille de calcul peut contenir jusqu’à 10 millions de cellules
- Lignes : jusqu’à 262 000 lignes par feuille
- Colonnes : chaque feuille peut contenir jusqu’à 2 048 colonnes
- Importation : la taille maximale des fichiers importés est de 50 Mo
Toutes ces nouveautés ont été conçues pour faciliter la saisie des données et optimiser la collaboration. Elles sont actives dans Zoho Sheet et nous serions ravis que vous les essayiez et partagiez vos retours.
