Similar to Instagram, you'll now be able to add the first comment to your Facebook and LinkedIn posts, as well as YouTube videos, as you publish or schedule your posts. If you've been wondering whether your post's caption looks too long along with the content and hashtags, this is your cue to sort them out and post a part of it as the first comment so you neither have to miss out on the engagement you'll be aiming to achieve nor on the content you want to add to the post! You can also sort these hashtags into groups, so you just have to add the particular group to your compose window while posting.
You can now create collaborative posts with other Instagram users. You just have to curate it by adding relevant content, media, hashtags, and invite up to 3 Instagram users to collaborate on the post. These users will be automatically tagged in the post, and the post will also appear as a part of their grid once they accept the invitation to collaborate. You can monitor the status of your invite next to the particular post under the Posts tab. Collaborating means your post will reach a lot more people and encourage them to engage with the post as all the engagement received will be shared across the collaborated accounts.
The Social Calendar just got a new look! You'll now be able to navigate easily to see a monthly, weekly, and daily view of your publishing calendar. You can choose the desired time zone and time format, as well as marking either Sunday or Monday as the start of the calendar week. You can also now view all your drafts in the calendar view. Edit or delete the draft directly by just clicking the specific day for which you've drafted the post. Keep track of everything that happens in your day by adding the points as notes to the specific day. Never miss out on any important event or campaign anymore by marking them on your calendar. These events can be on a single day or can be extended for up to six months. You can also be sure about your plan for the social calendar by viewing all your holidays, specific to your region, in the calendar view! With all these exciting features, your Social Calendar is now your ultimate tool for staying organized and planning more efficiently.
Zoho Social mobile updates
You can now tag a location to your Facebook and Instagram posts while posting from your Zoho Social iOS mobile application. In addition, you can view details like Alt text, Instagram First comment, location, and more in the Posts tab.

We add customers info into the vaults and I wanted to see if we could do some sort of "file request" like how dropbox offers with files. It would be awesome if a customer could go to a link and input a "title, username, password, url" all securely and it then shows up in our team vault or something.
