Manage and respond to your TikTok interactions from Inbox
You can now manage and respond to your TikTok comments from Social's Inbox. Here, you can sort and view the interactions in any available default view or create a custom view. You can assign these interactions to anyone in your team and set a priority level: Low, Medium, or High. You can ask Zia to draft a response for the comments and ensure that you get back to your audience's queries promptly.
In addition to the existing method where you were able to assign an interaction to a team member directly, you can now choose the round-robin pattern of assignment. The round-robin method is a process where every team member is assigned an interaction sequentially until all members are assigned with one interaction, and then the pattern starts again with the assignment of the next interaction to the first team member. Through this method of assignment, you can ensure that the workload is split equally between your team members, there is balance in the tasks completed, and overall team productivity increases. There's no chance that you'll miss an interaction anymore!
You can now promote product or service-related offers and sale discounts on Google Business Profile posts, thereby helping you reach more customers and encouraging them to opt for the offer to make a purchase or use your services. By providing details like offer title, offer start and end date, a voucher code, and more, you'll be able to simply add the offer to your post and make it live. You can add an offer to your post from the Compose window and publish or schedule it to go live on your profile.

Zoho Social mobile app updates
Some updates went live for the Zoho Social Android mobile app, including Facebook Stories and a detailed view of posts in the Posts tab. In addition, on the iOS mobile app, you're now able to post Facebook Stories, group your hashtags through Hashtag manager, sort your brand view, and integrate your Pinterest account to Social.
