1. Buttons: You can publish "What's New" posts to your business listing and also add a CTA button with each post that will redirect your audience to a website. This will, in turn, increase the visitors to your website and help improve conversions. You can add any of these buttons to your post: Learn more, Sign up, Order online, Book, Buy, or Call.
   
   
2. Events: Through this, promote your upcoming events and increase the attendance. These events will be listed in your Google Business Profile and will also be displayed in Google search. You can specify basic information about your event such as the title, description, starts on, and ends on date, and also add an appropriate CTA. 
   
   
3. Offers: Display any promotional offers for your audience right on your Google Business Profile. You can add a suitable title, description, starts on, ends on date, voucher code, link to redeem the offer, and terms and conditions. These offers will also be listed in your profile along with other posts. They will also be displayed under the Updates section in the Google Maps application. 
   
   

To add a CTA button to your post

1.  Go to the compose window and select the Google Business Profile channel to start drafting your post.
   
2. Click the G icon from your compose screen and select Button.
   
   
3. Choose an appropriate button and enter the link to a website.
   
4. Click Add.
   
   

To add an event to your post

1. Go to the compose window and select the Google Business Profile channel to start drafting your post.
   
2. Click the G icon and select Event.
   
   
3. Provide details such as the title, event description, and event start and end date.
   

4. Click Done to add the event to the listing. 

The event title is mandatory, and the event start date must be before the event end date.

To add an offer to your post

1. Go to the compose window and select the Google Business Profile channel to start drafting your post.
   
2. Click the G icon and select Offer.
   
   
3. Enter the offer title, offer description, starts on, and ends on date and time, voucher code, link to redeem the offer, and terms and conditions.
   
   
4. Click Done.
   

The offer title is mandatory, and the offer starts on date must be before the offer ends on date.
