Tip of the Week #66– Use internal comments to collaborate and resolve issues faster!

Ever found yourself stuck on a customer query because you needed inputs from your teammate? Or sent a reply too soon and realized later that someone else on your team had a better context?
When you rely on back-and-forth messages in external chats or emails to sort things out, it slows everything down and increases the chances of miscommunication.
Use "Comments" in Zoho TeamInbox to discuss and collaborate with your team right next to the conversation thread.It's private, focused, and keeps everyone in the loop—without ever leaving the inbox. Just @mention the person you want to include in the conversation, and they will be notified about the comment so they can respond promptly.
Go to any thread and click the Comment icon from the top-right corner. Type into the comment field at the bottom and click the Send icon to add the comment. You can @mention any member of your workspace, even if they are not a member of the inbox or its team. The conversation will be visible under their Shared with me view.
