Hello What is the cost for buying additional mail storage? Where to see how much storage has been used up? I can't find that section anywhere. Please note, I am not talking about upgrading account. I am asking about buying extra storage only. Rahul

Blocked emails? emails not sending
Hello I keep getting the error 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked and I cannot send emails. I am trying to run a business and this is just unacceptable that my account is blocked without any notification from ZOHO I have to do the reserch to figure out what was going on. Please unblock my account and make sure it doesnt happen again. I am not sending SPAM and have a website www.assetfianceshop.com this has been a real nuisance to daily operations

After usage exceed 5GB limit, my account's incoming and outgoing were blocked. After trying to free the space become 71%, I went through instructions to unblock but could not success, error message showing "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only"

Error Sending automatic email
Hello, Hope you can help me, I can't send emails from my noreply account once it's deployed, when I'm debugging It's send successfully, I don't know if its an IP issue or something as I'm receiving "Message :Failure sending mail". Mail Policy for groups
Hi, First, I changed Zoho Mail Business Policy to allow just some types of attachments. Then, I created a new Email Policy for some users whose can receive any kind of attachments and has been working ok. My issue is when an e-mail is send directly to a group, even if group's member is in the new policy the message is blocked by Zoho. My scenario: group1 members: user1 and user2 Sending e-mail to user1: New Policy Sending e-mail to user2: New Policy Sending e-mail to group1: Zoho Mail Business Policy

Help Setting Domain Keys and DKIM
I've following tutorial to set domain key for my zoho mail account, but I'm stuck in step 7 ("Click Start Authentication"). I'm using DNS Hosting from NameCheap.com, and after I check it with MX Toolbox it shows that the TXT record already exist in DNS. Even so, I still fail to start authentication process. Did I do something wrong ? Please help.
DKIM - godaddy will not save title with dot domain
GoDaddy keeps truncating domain part of the name zoho requests to be used. ie: zoho requires zkykler._domainkey.example.com as name but godaddy removes the '.example.com' when saved...so verification fails.
Custom URL not working
Hi, I have registered for custom URL and have created CNAME pointing to business.zoho.com in Godaddy as per the instructions. It worked fine till yesterday. Since morning we are getting the following error. mail.pracs.in’s server DNS address could not be found. I tried to modify by adding a sub-domain mail.pracs.in with redirection to the https://mail.zoho.com/portal/pracs. Kindly suggest how to resolve this. Best Regards Subhash

Problem when changing primary e-mail address
Hi, I made a mistake putting my email as contact@. I could change it following this tutorial but not. https://help.zoho.com/portal/helpcenter/articles/how-to-change-the-primary-email-address-in-zoho-26-9-2015 When I go to control panel (https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do#userdetails) I see my e-mail as my name now (orlando@), but when looking for default e-mail or mailbox address at the user profile, there it is contact@. I tried to delete the entire domain, but it doesn't work.
DKIM problem, can't enable verification
Hey guys :) I just noticed alert on my account that DKIM need some attention. I think I did everything as explained here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/dkim-configuration.html#alink3 but I still get notification that DKIM is not enabled or authorized. Also mailradar.com says that "Domain-Key Status: NOT PASSED". Could someone from zoho staff guide me with this one? I've read many similar topics but can't get working solution for me. I verified the status with mxtoolbox and everything seems fine, however, at the status page it is still mentioning that SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho. it seems like almost ALL issues people have are in or around these very 2 topics! i think it's time you guys create a better UX, UI, and documentation for them. i am exactly in the same boat as the rest. great product, technically, but i would work on the UX/UI more. SOS thank you :-)

Hi, I know that many similar posts discuss this same issue, and that such domains (like .ml) are prevented for spamming issues, but if I may say/add that I want to add the domain 'azmat.ml' and I got that error, and I have already added/registered a paid domain 'azmat.se' using my same account. So, is it possible to permit adding 'azmat.ml' too (I already got it too and it looks nicer with the '.ml' tld which give the hint of 'mail')?? Thanks in advance for any help..

I'm Writing this because previously I didn't get any solution to the topic I posted about getting "domain already exists" in my control panel. thaaiauto.lk domain name I've added in my account and When I log in to my control panel, it doesnt show the domain neither I can add it back. Please help.
