I have the following email address having the outgoing email disabled and I cannot enable it: m.safadi@soudelec.net please enable it's outgoing mail
DKIM verification not working
Hi, I've tried everything but DKIM verification fails every time. I have added the txt record to my DNS, verified that the key is actually a valid one, double checked that the values in the txt file are exactly the same as the values in the control panel, checked for trailing spaces, waited 2 days for propagation, but no joy - verification fails each time. Any ideas where else I should be looking? Thanks Matthew

Update: I just received a reply to my second ticket at the web host questioning the validity of the first reply. The problem is that the domain in question uses shared hosting. I should have thought of this, of course. Email routing with a shared hosting account is just not possible or a lot of trouble if you want to get it to work. Problematic to say the least. Would be a good idea if Zoho could include this caveat in their Help documentation. But then, there are so many things that Zoho could do

Unblock user
Hi, One of my user's account got blocked because his email account used more than 5gb. Now he reduced the size of his mailbox to 3.9Gb but I can't unlock the account. When going to "Troubleshooting" > "Blocked Accounts" and trying to unlock the account I am getting a message saying something like "Operation allowed only to paid account" (Translated from Spanish). Does this mean that a free account once blocked can not be unblocked ?

Problems by migrating from Godaddy to Zoho
I haven't been able to migrate from godaddy to zoho. Therefore, I cannot switch to zoho until I can migrate. Could you please provide me all the steps to migrate to zoho. I followed the steps in https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pop-imap-migration.html. However, I guess I am not configuring correctly the migration protocol i.e. Migration -> Server Name, Security, Port for Godaddy. Then, when I try to add a user account, I get an authentication error. Please help! thanks!

Email Policy : Send Email Limit!
HI, I have a Zoho mail free account with a limitation to send 1000 mails per user. My Qs is do i get to send more mails if I sign up for a paid account? As this limitation is leading to my account getting blocked! I get a mail saying that the account is bloacked because the number of emails sent were higher ( probably then the limit) After clicking on unblock link it starts working again. I would like this blocking to be automatically removed in my account the next day. Pls provide more info on the

User in invitation list

Hi, I've moved my mailhosting for divinegraceenterprises.com to zoho and have been adding users. However one user email address keeps getting added to the Invitation List. I can delete info@divinegraceenterprises.com from the list but when I try to add it again I get a message flash up at the top of the screen which disappears too quickly to read. Create new email but moved to invitation list
Hi everyone, I've change my mail server to zoho mail server, email domain is akb.com.vn. When I created new email name [sangltt@akb.com.vn], I've got problem, that email is automatically moved to invitation list. That's seems to be that email is related to somewhere in your system before, but I don't know exactly where it belongs. Could you please check this for me?
