Unable to create an Alias under a name that has been earlier used as a group email
Hello guys , I am unable to create an Alias(super admin ac) under a name that has been earlier used as a group email . I am getting the error message " xyz@domain.com cannot be aliased to user account, it can only be added to group." . I have already deleted the group. My Second problem is related to an auto created alias id : random.number@NewlyVerifiedDomain.com . I suppose this random id comes from when i deleted xyz@OldSubDomain.com , so xyz@OldSubDomain was assigned to random.number@NewlyVerifiedDomain.com

different logo for different domain

Hello, When trying to migrate an IMAP email-account from strato.de to Zoho I keep getting the error-message "Unable to connect to the server" when adding an account to a migration. I learned from earlier posts that this might indicate an issue with the SSL-certificate on the IMAP server that you are migrating from. Could somebody from Zoho have a look what is causing the issue? Secondary email delinked but unable to delete
Hi, I had accidentally linked a wrong email as the primary email. I then changed the secondary email (which is the correct email) to the primary email and now need to delink the account or delete so I can recreate the same I plan to use that same email address. When I try to delete secondary email I get a message that I need to contact my administrator, and I am the administrator. How do I delete the wrong email so I can reuse that secondary email?

The problem we encounter is that after registering about 35 domains for some reason your servers consider us as spam (error code AS102) and do not let us register any more from our office static IP 79.129.117.170. Hi, I would like to set up automatic mail forwarding from one mailbox alias to another email address outside Zoho. Is this posssible? The only options I can find are to forward all emails from the mailbox address, which I definitely do not want to do. Changing email forwarding addresses
Hello, I am the administrator of our zoho email account. I have it set up to forward incoming emails to 2 different email accounts outside of zoho. I want to change who the emails are forwarded to and have not be able to access the forwarding. The only option i can find is to add another email address. Thanks in advance for your help
Can't set up new email address that start with a name - why?!
Appreciate any help with the below. I have been setting up a series of email addresses through 'Send Mail As'. While I have been able to set up addresses starting with admin@ / sales@ / info@ etc whenever I try and set up an email with certain words or a name (eg. rachel@) I am not sent a verification code.
