I cant add my .com to zoho account, it keeps showing error. Sorry! Free domains with extensions such as .tk, .cf, .ml etc., are not supported.

Unable to Login
We had a company user bijay@starbic.com that was linked to a Zoho CRM account. We recently move our emails to Zoho but where not able to add this user. We then remove the user from the CRM account and then added the user to the domain email user. Now the user is listed under the Mail Accounts. Can't change managed account password
I am trying to change a managed user account password in Zoho Mail. I am logged in as the domain administrator. I can edit the managed account user, enter the new password (twice), and my admin password. When I click OK, nothing happens. Nothing appears to be happening. I was trying to setup the following domain tamarozzi.com in the process it asked me for OTP verification, but I waited for 30 minutes and I didn't receive any OTP in my mobile. During the process I initially gave samuel@tamarozzi.com as email for admin account.
