Hello, I have changed the MX setting for two domain fotostudioreijngoud.nl fototrainment.nl I can send but can not receive any message anymore When I send my mail I get this message Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain fotostudioreijngoud.nl by mx.zoho.com. [74.201.155.125]. Mail is setup with my main domain : reijngoud.photography I have added this two domains above.

The sistema@cuecasduomo.com.br e-mail is used only for sending invoices. This is mandatory in Brazil!!! This email has been blocked in error. And I can not unlock or get detailed information about the reason for the block. HELP!

Now I can successful receive emails from my gmail account, but when I sent emails, Gmail shows a delivery failed error as follows: "The error that the other server returned was: 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. 550-mail-oi0-f51.google.com [209.85.218.51]:34885 is not permitted to relay 550 through this server without authentication." Im Eduardo, and I have a problem, I register one organization with this domain which is in squarespace http://www.i-mexicana.com/ When I register that organization I add and verify the domain ( i-mexicana.com ), and then I wanted to sign in but I could not enter. Cannot create an alias.
I'm trying to add an alias to my own account, I am the Super Admin and the only users for the domain. I'm following the directions as noted here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/email-administration.html#alink1 Though there is no screenshot of the 'Add New Alias' button/link I'm rather certain I'm in the right spot. Email address is already registered with another account
I am the domain administrator for @broadwayburrardchiro.com the domain has been verified and it's mx records are pointed to zoho. Trying to add the alias drtyler@broadwayburrardchiro.com and getting "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization." I've tried to login to the email address and recover the password, but it looks like drtyler@broadwayburrardchiro.com is the admin account and the account is not forwarded so there's no way to get

well i opened zoho account at first : admin@sabco-lb.com and with the cpanel i created user admin1@sabco-lb.com and i gave it an admin privilege... well the first one admin@sabco-lb.com i am not being able to enter because of inactive user message while the other one admin1@sabco-lb.com i can enter it what i need to know how to make admin@sabco-lb.com active please waiting for reply ?

hi I created 1 organization & linked it to my " domain.com " .then I created three users to access mails@domain.com.but 1 user became admin & my default user through which I created account was not admin now. when I login to use control panel it said " You dont have privileges to access the cpanel ". and said that another user was now admin. but when I am trying to login with that user It is giveing same error that I am not amin ? plz see the matter

Tried to create an account for a client three times, it just sits on this screen indefinitely. Waiting 45 minutes, tried logging in using the credentials I selected, then tried password reset, nada. What's up?
Inconsistent Account
I just assign my domain to a Zoho account . I was wrong to create the initial account ( I put contact rather than administrator). To solve the problem I deleted the domain and create it again . When I did this , an inconsistency was generated. It is supposed to contact the account no longer exists ( not listed in the "User Details" list) , but remains in "Mail Administration" -> "Mail Accounts" . How I can delete the account contact ?.

I always use "old version" to read my mail, is easy for me today I sign in from a new computer and the mail look like default settings I tried to set "old version" again but that button dissapear what is going wrong? where is it now? I can't work with default mode...
Logging in as Super Admin to Use Control Panel
I've been trying to login as a Super User for about 5 days now, and every answer I find is a different solution that doesn't work. And to top it all off, when I login to the app, it says that I'm a super admin when on the desktop it says that I'm just a user even though I'm using the same login info. I'm getting extremely frustrated with zoho because they brag about how easy it is to navigate the site, which I have come to find out is a bold faced lie. Unable to verify domain with hover
I'm not sure what happened to my post. The page just suddenly closed, so hopefully this is not duplicated. I can't verify and access my domain tinasquire.org with Hover. At one time I had verified the domain and added a second user, but now it's like none of that has happened. On the Control Panel Dashboard, I see tinasquire.org listed, but total domains is listed as 0, and I have 0/25 bonus users. On Domains, if I try to add my domain, it says that it already exists. It shows no domains configured.

How to change 'from' name?
Hi everyone, I'm trying to have my emails reading as 'Gerry' (my first name) 'from my company.com'. I've changed my name details in the User Details/Mail Account page, but emails are still being received as my First & Second Name. It only seems to work if I delete all of the users email addresses and sign up again using First name & then 'from my_company.com' for the second name. However, as I am the administrator, I can't delete my own user account. If anyone can solve this I'd be very grateful.

[Resolved] Using mail after moving domain host
Hi! I'm administering Zoho Mail for the non-profit I work for. Recently, my organization moved to a different web hosting provider (from Bluehost to A Small Orange, to be specific). My domain still shows up as "Verified" (I did try to copy all my records to the new host). However, I can neither send nor receive emails using the addresses of my domain. Instead, I have to use *randomnumbers*@zoho.com. How can I fix my email without deleting and re-adding the domain and losing settings like groups?

Email Address in Group Being Disabled for no Apparent Reason
We use Zoho Mail Groups to do some basic forwarding of email for some members of our organization who don't need full mailboxes.
