I bought a domain from google domains (smithhome.us) a month or two ago. I have also signed up for ZOHO free email and have trieded to get everything setup correctly so everything works. I am new to all of this, so getting the DNS settings at google domains has been a learning experience. Verification Issue with GoDaddy

How do I get my zb code?
I was having problems with my Zoho mail and I tried to correct info with my domain which I have through iWantMyName. I couldn't figure out the problem so I decided to start fresh and delete what I had for Zoho with my domain. When I tried to set up Zoho again with my domain, they requested my zb code, which I can't get access to through the control panel because my domain has been "verified" from before. How do I rectify this problem?

Email not reaching end users
Hello, we just signed up on Zoho. Having set up an email id, I have noticed that the mails sent are not received by end users. It's not being shown in inbox and not in spam folder too. So I think end users are not receiving the email. How ever I can receive the mails sent to my zoho id successfully. What could be the possible causes??

Verification Issue with GoDaddy
Hi Team, I have tried verifying my account with both CName and TXT with no success. I have attached a screen shot of my GoDaddy account showing that I have added the necessary details but even after waiting over 1hr, the system still gives me an error message. www.srcinc.co Please help!! Best, Ryan
Cannot change email address
So when creating a zoho mail account for my Zoho account I thought I was adding a new user. So when I created the mail account and saw that it attached itself to the main zoho account I wanted to change it. However no way of changing it is appearing, and when I set my gmail to my main account I cannot remove the zoho mail account that it attached itself to. Is there anyway to delete the email address or make a new one without making a new user so I can switch it out?

I own the domian anderskitson.com it's mx records are pointed to zoho. I try to add accounts@anderskitson.com as a new user to no avail, I add it as a alias and it says "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization." Ive tried to login to it, dont know the password. reset sends the email to itself accounts@anderskitson.com I really need to access emails being sent to it. Thank you.
Cannot access the Control Panel
Hello, For some reason I cannot access the control panel (in the new or old Zoho Mail!). Everytime I click Control Panel, it takes me to this link: https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do. It looks like the correct link, but it takes me to the Zoho Mail homepage, which looks like this: Could someone please check on that and figure out why it's showing that page? And fix it please? verifying domain failure
I have a domain solarenergyafrica.co under wix, where i have added a new cname and mx records. Using the new cname , i am able to reach the sigin page. however, i am failing to verify my domain using cname from the zoho side. Please i urgently appreciate assistance on resolving this
Serious Whitelist and Blacklist Problem!
I don't know how many people log into Zoho Mail and check their whitelists and blacklists, but I decided to recently due to good emails ending up in SPAM and SPAM ending up in my inbox. Lo and behold, many of my clients email addresses where blacklisted and hundreds of SPAM addresses were in my whitelist. I tried to remove them, but after removing 10 or so, Zoho blocks you for unusual activity. By the time I was able to remove 100 or so, more had been added, making it nearly impossible to stop. I
ZB code removed from DNS setup
I accidentally removed the CNAME record within my DNS settings when adjusting my MX-records. My domain is already verified, but do I need to re-register the CNAME record in order to have a fully functioning setup? Where do I find my zb code?
Host does not accept Zoho MX values
My domain name register does not accept the MX records mx.zoho.com and mx2.zoho.com for the MX setup, it returns an error. I have been using their email hosting until now. It is Hostpapa. I do not have website or cpanel hosting associated with this account. Could that be the problem? How do I work around?

domain verification
Hi, my domain was verified since last May. for some reason at the domain manager (GoDaddy), the CNAME and MX rows of Zoho disappeared. How to create a user without a mailbox ?
Hi, Suppose that I have a normal user account dropbox@mydomain.com with its own mailbox, I want to create two individual users abc@mydomain.com and xyz@mydomain.com but they don't need to have separate mailboxes I want them to act like email aliases but with a different password for every alias, so that when I use them in any of my programs I'm not leaking out my main admin password. I can create separate users but I don't need all those mailboxes. Is there any way to do this ?

At this moment I fight spam with manual filters, because zoho antispam catched many false positives. I've got problem with Polish language support. I setup Polish lang and Poland as country but my control panel and ZohoMail are general in English with single polish words (basicly old settings interface). Help. I can verify my domain, but if then hangs creating the user. I therefore have to go back and verify if I try again then the same problem. I have tried different browsers in case problem is this end, but get the same issue.
IMAP Access keeps getting disabled
I have recently moved my company's email to Zoho. Currently we're on the free account. The problem is that I can't get the IMAP access enabled on my own email account. Every other email account that i've setup get's IMAP enabled except for my own. I'm the super administrator for our email. Every time I enable the IMAP access, it says that the access is enabled, but then immediately disables it. How can I fix the above problem?
Stuck on Email migration
I've setup a number of accounts on Zoho today. And completed the MX transfer... Now I'm trying to do the email migration but it's not working. Despite knowing the correct login details...
