Dear Support Team, I have asked many times on zoho forum but my all questions are waiting for some moderator to approve. So i am asking here, I have email hosting with zoho. I have to enter zoho spf record in my DNS. There are TWO zoho spf records as given below according to your website, v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ~all So my question is which one should i use? Incoming Emails delay
Hello Support Team, i noticed mail delays if someone send mail to my domain, it takes more than an hour for the mail to drop either on the web, outlook desktop client, or zoho app. Mails drop immediately if the sender is within my domain. Kindly assist. Thanks Adeniyi Lawal
Account set up - access to super admin functions control panel
Just signed up to Zoho - accounts not working properly? Each email seems to have own account? But created under one registration process. Forums say to manage accounts need to log in as Super Admin but no clear instructions on how to do that? Do not seem to have access to a control panel under account created? Sent support ticket 3 DAYS AGO. No response. Called help line was diverted to answering machine? Regards Exacerbated new customer!

Problem with my account and domain
During the last week I have been really let down from Zoho. I did create and a bussiness account , attempted to connect my domain, I couldnt make it. I did something and didnt have access to the control panel, looks like it was deleted. I did delete my account and then tried to create a new one with my domain connected to it. Guess what zoho wouldnt allow me to do that since the domain was registered on the previous account. After sending several messages the responce was to login to my account (
IMAP - Unable to Login to Outlook App on iPhone
Whenever I try to login to my email addresses in the Outlook App for iPhone, I'm getting an error saying that it won't login because of the username and password. It only will let me login if I use my admin credentials, but if I use one of my 9 other email addresses, I get an error. Can't save imap access settings
Hi, I've set " IMAP Access disabled " to " IMAP Access enabled " at user detail -> mail accounts, there appear info about changes, but after reloading page, there is set back red " IMAP Access disabled ". How can I save this settings? Secondly, I can't access to mailbox via any other aplication, like thunderbird. I've setup everything like in manual. Domain is verified, MX is set and there are no notifications about errors.

problem in super admin
Hi I have an domain and email hosting at zoho, but i not finished the configuration of my account. Super admin was admin@trendprice.com.br but is not entry the super admin, this account say I'm user. My Domain is trendprice.com.br now i cant login as super admin even i cant identify whihc email address is super admin now. I have tried with admin@trendprice.com.br which is not working. Hello, I setup my domain with soho mail and it worked well. However, I has some technical issues with my domain so I had to cancel and deactivate zoho mail. After I solved the problems with my domain I setup again zoho mail. But It doesn't let me create the user that I create the first time. How can I solve this thing? Thank you

How can this issue be resolved? Emails are being relayed perfectly to Google Apps. It would be helpful if you could show me the bounced header so I know where this is coming from. How to change invitation list pending status?
Our domain kpdc.co.in has 2 users and when I try to add new user named 'cmd@kpdc.co.in' the email is not created but appears in invitation list wherein I am not able to do anything except a re-send button. Since we do not have any emails created with username 'cmd', there is no-one or nowhere to accept such an invitation. How can I get around this, please?

Default language
it seems that the system set Italian as the default language of my domain and I don't find any setting to change it. I use Italian but it is also the default language of the other users/email addresses that I create under my domain and I don't want it because they don't know Italian! When they log in the account or in the web mail everything is in Italian even if they don't have Italian in the browser and their IP address is not in Italy. How can I change it? Thank you Regards

I am unable to configure my domain
I have signed up with zoho and setup my account with domain finaltouch.co.il however when i go to the dashboard, under domains I see "no domains configured". When I try to add my domain again i am told the domain is already listed. I am trying to enable email hosting and more users but cannot continue because of this issue. I am unable to execute the instructions for the DDOS attack at my domain host Network Solutions. There is not an option, for domain forwarding only web forwarding which is fee based and doesn't allow me to forward to my www.flowingwaterstaichi.com. Even If I pay the fee I cannot execute the instructions as indicated. Network Solutions support indicated the only possible way to map the domain was via A records and CNAME entries. My webiste www.flowingwaterstaichi.com has been down for 2 days now.

Problem with email ids.
Hello, i have a problem that i need to know how to resolve it, i have spend like 2 hours trying to figure it out but, it's impossible for me without help. I have everything setup with my domain on zoho mail, but my problem is that when i check the users that i have created, i see that my super admin user have two login email ids, i want to have the super admin user with my personal yahoo account and the other email address with other user, it's this possible?.

Not receiving mails
I don´t receive mails to my account info@diegomerinotraducciones.com from, at least, gmail. My domain is diegomerinotraducciones.com and it is in Wordpress. I have followed all the instructions for configuring the MX in Wordpress. Trying to verify domain, page keeps hanging
Hello, I am trying to verify my domain. The problem is I can only get as far as logging into my Zoho account. When I click on mail, the page hangs and then fails to open. I can't access the control panel, I can't do anything really because everything leads to "failed to open page". I've tried different browsers, different machines, same issue.

Verified Domain last year.Now no longer visible?
The Control-Panel has been a crap-shoot today. I had to google to find the link to the control-panel and the moment i found it, it started appearing in my admin account. Amazingly though, I cannot see the other users within my organization, my domain is no longer in the verified list and I cannot add it back in because "Domain already exists" :/
Removing email hosting only
Hello We have moved our email away from Zoho but are currently still paying the monthly fee for the mailboxes which still retain the old emails, even though the domain's MX is no longer pointing to Zoho. I need to remove these email accounts and turn off their subscription, but some users are still using Zoho CRM & Projects. How can I remove the mail accounts (and their contents) without affecting the other Zoho services? Thanks
