MX records updated, still not receiving mail.
Hi I have updated my MX records for the domain "australasiancentreforworkeducation.com" with the following: Mail For Zone Priority Assigned To Server australasiancentreforworkeducation.com 10 mx.zoho.com australasiancentreforworkeducation.com 20 mx2.zoho.com www.australasiancentreforworkeducation.com 10 mx.zoho.com www.australasiancentreforworkeducation.com 20 mx2.zoho.com Its been over 24 hours since I did the change and I am yet to receive emails from external domain. Please help.
Login to subuser mailbox for admin
Website administrator can control mail acounts. But how can I view all mailboxes and work with letters on subuer mails? I do not want to sign out from admin and authorize to 1,2,3,4,5 e-mail accounts. I want to visit it through web-interface when I am admin. Please let me know if possible. If not possible I can add that my accounts are spammed and i need to view them rarely only for important letters.
Cannot receive emails since our website became live yesterday.
Hi, Everything was smooth before our website became live. The guys who uploaded the website must have fiddled with the mx records. I have set it right, however I am still unable to receive emails. I also added txt record to make sure that my mails do not land up in peoples spam. If possible let me know if the settings I did are fine. Thanks
Migration finished, but not every message was migrated
Hi, I finished the migration process from outlook.com to zoho mail and from the 15000 messages I have, only 13000 were migrated. There is not error message and the status is complete. Why did not every message was migrated? How can I fix that? Regards, Igor.
Limited number of spam blocks
Am I limited to the number of domains I can block? I'm up to 400 and don't seem to be able to block more. Still getting 100 pieces of spam per day.
Unable to send mail with template
Hello Suddenly unable to send mail with template to a contact from the activity window. From the beggining it looks right. I press the green button "Send mail" and confirm address. But then when I choose template is changing only Subject but template do not attachet. Thank you for the comment Rimas
Incoming gateway IP addresses
I am trying to switch to use Zoho instead of my own (currently broken) mail server for my domain. I have new mail being delivered to Zoho, but I was using Duocircle's MX Backup with my server and am trying to get Duocircle to deliver the backed up mail as well. I have configured Duocircle to deliver to mx.zoho.com:25, but when I tried to set the incoming gateway IP addresses on Zoho I received an "Error while processing" message. No organisation wide archive rules?
There does not seem a way to set a archive rules for everyone in an organisation. This means each user has to set a rule himself, which may be fine if there are two or three powerusers, but in large organisations, this will be a problem. How can I create archive rules to deal with and apply to all users? Organisations typically set rules that should apply to everyone, so this is a very real need.

How can I edit an alias to make it default mail?
I keep getting message that my alias "does not have the domain based mail alias as default.Choose a mail alias as default." Yet I cannot find any way to make that change. I've tried to delete the existing alias and start over, but the Zoho will not permit that. Have tried through Control Panel and everything I can think of, but am blocked from deleting or editing. How can I make my alias the default?

We are testing Zoho mail, configure and send an email to a client receive an email with the following error: Invalid Address, ERROR_CODE: 550, ERROR_CODE: Policy Server Restriction: sender163-mail.zoho.com is blacklisted (spam). What is the difference in pointing MX records through domain panel and hosting panel?
Hi, I have used zoho for few of my clients and always pointed MX records through domain panel. Everything works fine. For some clients I am not authorized to change entries in domain panel. Zoho Bonus User Signup Error
I received an invitation to join Zoho. I will need the offered bonus users to create enough mailboxes for my business. I did not use the email address I received the invitation to set up the account and aparently that is what creates the link to claim the bonus mailboxes. Email Already Exists error. Unable to add user
I'm trying to amend the email ID of an existing user, but the CRM says the email ID already exists. I've got jsut 4 users in the Zoho mail. When we later checked on Zoho - there was no account. It took the user through the registration steps for a free user trial, and went and actually created an account! This is impossible! Please resolve.
