How to view all emails sent from a mail group address
I've set up a generic mail group (bills@mydomain.com) so that any of a few members can reply to emails sent to that address. But the sent emails will then only be available in the individual's sent box, right? Other members of the group can't see which email have been replied to and what was said. Is there a better way to handle this?

Confused about "repeated failures" email
Hello everyone and thank you in advance. I just received am email from noreply@zoho.com which says: Problem while forwarding mails to me@mydomain. Repeated failure will disable email forwarding. This is a new "backup" free account that is to be used infrequently. I thought I had everything properly set up and everything appears to be working correctly. There are no failures in Control Panel\Mail Administration\Troubleshoot. I just don't know what the problem is and hope someone with more experience

Mail migration problem
I'm using your mail migration tool to move 11 Google Apps accounts to Zoho. I believe it is all set up correctly. The first account copied across 999 emails (according to your Migration information...I'm not 100% it's imported just 800-and-something, but that's the big issue). It seems to have stalled at 999. There's been no change in over an hour. The other ten accounts all show as being "In progress", but also report that "No data found for this account". Could you please let me know what's going

Migration troubles
I am attempting to migrate two email addresses from a xeams server running on a linux box. The migration connects and lists the imap folders, the number of emails in each folder but does not proceed to importing/migrating the listed emails. I can import only the INBOX folder if I try to connect with pop3. I really need this to work. I have the pst file from outllook for each imap account. Can I please have the tool to use that PST file to import?
Outlook IMAP Migration Problem

Hi, I created another thread but didn't know how to view it since it wasn't published yet. I just wanted to add screen shots. I created a cname record with my provider: It doesn't seem to be verifying properly. I did this last night about 10 hours ago but have since re did it. Cant migrate Outlook domain mail to zoho
Since Outlook no longer offers free domain mail hosting, I am migrating my domain and mail to zoho, but I have not been able to migrate my accounts. I verified my domain in Zoho, changed the MX records, and then I created an IMAP migration with the correct server info (imap-mail.outlook.com), but when I try to add the accounts, it says there is an error in username or password, but I am putting all the right information. Cannot Migrate from Outlook (Zoho Migration Wizard needed?)
I am trying to migrate my company email users from Outlook to Zoho, but it has not been possible. I already verified my domain, and changed the MX Records in my DNS Settings in Godaddy, and I already created a migration using the Outlook IMAp settings, but when I try to add the user accounts, It rejects the username and password that I have for each user in Outlook. Do I need the Migration Wizard to do this? Can you send the file? How do I overcome this issue?
"Account not exists" when in Org Settings
I created a Zoho mail account for my domain. I verified my set-up email account. I added in the MX, SPF and ZMverify records. Account is working, mail flows. I then went to set up anti-spam and domainkey records. Domainkey keeps failing, saying the txt verification failed. I tried redoing the dns records and even changed the key twice. Still fails. Also when trying to enable anti-spam, I get a red box that says "Account not exists". The DNS Settings are done properly. Name on left, value on right.

Migrating email from outlook.com
Hello, I am in the process of migrating from outlook.com to Zoho. While i am creating the migration rules, it gave me an error "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. " I am sure the credential I used is correct and mail server setting is also correct (imap-mail.outlook.com:993) I am wondering if anyone else ran into the same issue.
