Hi There. Does anybody know how you can change the name displayed to the left of the inbox tab in email. For example in the zoho advert it says Patrica Boyle and next to it patricab@company.example - does anybody know how I can change this name. I have tried changing the nickname but this does nothing. delete or modify email group
hello, I created an organizational group and now i want to modify it as a public group and I cannot modify it, I receive "internal error occurs". I tried then to delete it, remove the users from the group, etc, but every time I get the same error! What do I have to do? Thanks, Mircea
MX records changed and verified. Sending but not receiving emails
The domain is tiger milk.eu and the MX records have been changed to point to your servers as per instructions. After 1 hour I am still not receiving any of my test emails. The emails that i send out are received in my other email accounts but when I reply to them the emails do not arrive in my zoo mailbox. E-mail monitoring
Hi, For 25 users we use zoho CRM and E-mail. For our customer satisfaction program and employee traning we would like to have a daily report (including the content) with all sent and received mail on a number of selected e-mail accounts. Later we would like also to filter the e-mail based on the data on the CRM card, like type of account, lead source etc. How can we generate this report? Thank you
Mail migration from Microsoft live domains
Was previously using the free version of live domains and wish to port the existing mail over to Zoho using the migration tool in the control panel but keep getting "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server." Tried pop or imap, all failed. The username and password are correct as I can login to the email accounts on live domains just fine. Not sure what's causing the failure. Please advise.

Very Slow Migration
Hello, I have started an IMAP migration for my email accounts, everything we going well, but lately (the last 2 or 3 hours) it is going too slow, like 2 messages every 5 minutes. I have restarted the IMAP migration for only 1 account at a time, but it seems like that there is no positive effect on the velocity of the migration. Please advise. How do I switch back from Alias to a separate account
I have 2 email addresses go into 1 account by using an Alias. Example: John@johnsmith.com and Info@johnsmith.com. If I log into john@johnsmith.com it will show all emails to John and Info. I now want to separate the 2 email accounts: john@johnsmith.com and info@johnsmith.com When I try to add info@johnsmith.com it says it already exist but I'm guessing I need to delete the alias first. Is that correct?

Hi, I have some problems with creating the SFP records for my domain... When I add the MX records and look up it's vadility on http://mxtoolbox.com/ then it shows up for the first 5 minutes and everything looks fine. When I do a second search, it says that "no records exist" Can't really seem to get my head around the issue, and more errors show up when troubleshooting. the domain is gettrotter.com Thanks in advance!

Hello there, I'm trying to add a second to the domainlist but when i press add it returns with "Domain name already exists" There might be an possibility that we've added this domain name before but removed this later on, and this might be the cause of the problem as seen in some forum posts. Hello, Everytime I want to check my Activity History on ZohoMail I see "Internal Error Occurs" written on a red box. This happens for a few time now in all my computers, different places and different browsers. Transferring Host for Domain and Email
Hi, I've just transferred over to a new host and they have updated the mx records to zoho for me but they asked for the HTML file from the verify section. I can't seem to access this as the domain is already verified. Do I need to delete the domain and reverify to get this? Will this cause me to lose my emails / email accounts? Many thanks Caroline
Not allowing me to send referral to country specific domain
I have a valid domain according to the rules, but it is not allowing me to send a referral. Rules: The primary domains with important TLDs (extensions) like .biz, .com, .edu, .gov, .info, .mobi, .net, .org, .co etc and country specific TLDs (extensions) like .us, .uk, in, .fr will only be considered for free user bonuses. I am from South Africa and here our main domains for business is .co.za. This is clearly within the rules as it is a country specific TLD as indicated by .za. Can someone please

Help with new signup to Mail Lite via referral. User Accounts broken
I have problem now after trying signup after receiving a referral email. I went to signup and clicked on Lite option. My referral email is: sdutoit@sdtaccounting.co.za But it asked first for domain, then login ID. I put in sdutoit in the box next to Zoho ID which had the @domain right of it. I verified the domain. Hello, How do I exclude a specific IP address from anti-spam checks? I added the ip address to the "inbound gateway" settings, as it seems the most natural option as it's mostly the gateway's responsibility to do the spam checking. However, Zoho still labels any mail received through this system as "spam". PS: I'm not interested in whitelisting individual e-mail addresses or domains. Please do not suggest this option, as it does not solve my problem.

Calendar Synchronization. Google Calendar Sync interval? I have successfully logged into my Google calendar from Zoho (Sync setup), and I now have entered items on the Google calendar and on the Zoho calendar; however neither of them can be ssen on the other. What is the interval for syncing? That is, how often is the actual synchronization done. It had been over 30 minutes now and still no sync. Cannot create a user
I'm trying to create a new user and everytime I click 'OK' it sends an invite rather than adding that user to the system. I've tried multiple times to delete the invite and add them again but each time it just sends an invite instead of adding them. I've tried multiple browsers and reset my cookies/cache. Is it something to do with the username I'm trying to use? E.g. personal@mydomain.co.uk? If I try other names such as test@mydomain.co.uk it seems to work fine. Thanks

Hi, I just tonight signed up for a year and also purchased a custom domain name through Zoho. Though I've noticed it says there are no domains configured, and below shows instructions for adding a domain from outside of Zoho and verifying it. Do I just need to wait a period of time before the domain actually kicks in? Or is there something I need to do in order to proceed?
