Cannot add users to my organization (Zoho Sites, CRM paid user)
We are looking to publizh our Zoho Sites to our customer owned domain. I've made all the necessary changes in the DNS manager (GoDaddy) over 12 hours ago (I realize it can take up to 48 hours). However, when I go to add users to the Zoho Mail for our staff, they are sent an email to verify who they are. (current users of Zoho CRM, etc). However, we don't receive those emails, so we can't confirm that we are users. Is there a way to manually force user approval, or manually input users into the
User already exist
I am having trouble adding a new email adres. I keep getting the respons "user already exists in your org" . I have sent an email to support with an picture of the error and account name, but i havent had any repsons from support yet. Can someone help me plz? Emails to Outllook.com members of a group
I have created a group for my authors for my site. I have added group members and for the first couple of days everything was working well. Now the members of the group that use outlook.com (Hotmail, live) email don't get any emails. Even when I delete them from the group and re-add them, they don't get any confirmation messages. Other members that use organization email or Gmail and Yahoo get the emails just fine.
Edit Profile 'Custom Field' showing unexpectedly and can't be permanently removed

Hello. I have an existing email list on another server which i would like to migrate to zohomail in the form of a group. I have set up a group in zoho and added all the email addresses. those addresses which exist in the zoho system (have a login/email) have added just fine and automaticaly activated. those that are outside the zoho mail system (eg anyone@yahoo.com or anyone@google.com) have been sent a email to activate there group membership. The problem is, this activation email looks like spam
can't add a new domain
Hi there, i want to add a new domain as i am changing from .org to .com and need them both to overlap for a while. zoho will only let me have one domain and says i have to upgrade to add another one. what is the deal with this, i already pay for 3 users and it is not cheap - i don't see what i have to upgrade to for a new domain or any other info other than a one line message. can you help? michelle
Super Administrator to export all emails
Hi there, I would like to turn off the export options for all email accounts and would like to have the backup options only for Super Administrators. May I know is it possible to have such setting? Do Super Admin have the privilege to export emails from individual accounts? Thanks!

Domain validation link not appearing
I have added the CNAME record to my domain as required. But when I click on the status icon for my domain on the Zoho Control Panel/Domains page, it is taking me to my Zoho mail inbox. Has my domain verified OK? (the icon on the Control Panel/Domain page was a warning triangle. If it hasn't verified OK, how do I do this because I am not getting a verify button to click on.
Cannot edit user info after typo in email
I've just registered an account and am doing a set-up. I made 1 administrative account and named it rdi@institutedevelop.com and a user expert@institutedevelop.com. Then I wanted to edit the first one. I edited the fields and then made a typo : I entered di@institutedevelop.com into field "Email address" (missed the firs `r`). After that I can't make any edits to this user , in my broswer console I see that each time I click OK, POST https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/orguser.do responds with a 404, edits

Domain Name Change
I wasn't sure which forum to post this in. Figured I'd try mail since that's what I'm using primarily in Zoho. I'm using a free Zoho account. I sent it up on a test basis connecting it with a domain I don't actively use. Being pretty satisfied with it, I'm thinking of connecting my active domain. Is there a way to change the domains withing the present account, and, if so, how? Or does make more sense to start from scratch with a whole new Zoho account? Thanks
Super Admin is also a User?
I'm setting up Zoho Mail using my own domain name. I've had a Zoho account for years, but not used it much until now. My admin login, ID, and Email address are not the same as the Zoho Mail setup. So to change my password as a user of Zoho Mail (POP mail accounts, etc) is that a different (new) password than my Super Admin password? Thanks. Steve

Unique problem with migrating pop folders to zoho
Hello. I have a situation where we used a pop account and have 2 different sets of folders. 1 set is on gmail and the 2nd set is on Zoho. The folders are different and do not sync (because of pop) What I'm trying to do is migrate the zoho set of folders to my default zoho user account so i can use the imap feature to export then, but when i try the migration tool it won't pull from the pop3 zoho folders, only the gmail. Migrate Google Apps mail to another domain in Zoho
I have successfully setup my hosted mail under Zoho with a new domain. I would like to migrate the emails from my old domain which were hosted on Google Apps. I tried the IMAP migration but it fails. It has no username - password fields for the server which is normally imap.google.com. The same thing goes for POP. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm trying to change my Primary Email Id. I go to the appropriate tab in Settings, click the Edit button & enter the new email address & my password, but the existing email address doesn't change. So I try to Add another Login Email Id, and when I enter the details get a message that the Email ID is already registered. I have 2 personal zohomail accounts, & the email I'm trying to add is used as the Primary email on the other account. Can't I use the same backup email address for both my zoho accounts?

Hi, I'm just in process of immigrating our mails to Zoho. The service seems very solid, so far very happy with it! Couple of questions: I would like to have a subdomain "mail.example.com" which would be used for both POP/IMAP and SMTP. Is this possible on Zoho? I found only only docs about the MX records. If not, what you would recommend as the next best alternative? For example, if I want to setup pop.example.com and smtp.example.com as CNAMEs, what should I put as targets for those? mx.zohomail.com

Stuck in the business setup stage
I've had a personal account with you for a while and wanted to upgrade to a business lite subscription. I got as far as verifying my ownership of the domain by html and how I am completely lost. The control panel doesn't show the domain that I verified and when I add try to add it, it tells me the domain name already exists.
