Mail Migration (user credentials not accepted)
Hi, I am evaluating Zoho mail before upgrading to a paid account. In order to do that I need to be able to migrate my email from an IMAP server that I control. The first issue I had was that when I specified the IMAP server as boredbc.net it said it was invalid. Specifying it as boredbc.net. solved that issue (well at least it accpeted it). Next, I tried to add a user to migrate. In this case it was myself. I specified the login and password for the account on the IMAP server and then tried
I changed web hosts, updated mx, but zoho email with my domain not working?
Hopefully someone can help out. I got an email account with zoho with a domain a purchased from wordpress.com. I decided to switch over to wordpress.org and host at bluehost.com. My site is up and running again and the DNS is all switched over, but my email didn't work. I thought maybe it was the mx, so I changed that and it still doesn't work. What else do I need to do? Sorry if this is a ridiculous question, I am not very techy.

POP3 Cannot Send
Hello, I'm trying to set up a regular POP3 account in my mail. The address is alex@rcbawards.com I've entered passwords, ports, and everything correctly. AND this has worked in Outlook before. For some reason I can only receive emails. I cannot send. It says I need to "verify" my address, and that it will send an email to that account. Everything else comes to that account just fine...but Your Verification email does NOT arrive. Can you please help?

Cannot add mail service to existing account
I have an active Zoho account which is using the sites service with an external domain. Now I would like to add the mail service but have not been able to do so. If I use the link Mail Suite in the Account>Zoho Services section I get directed to this address https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do which does not load anything. If I go direct to https://www.zoho.com/mail/ and try to log in I get the message saying account is disabled. What am I missing? Thanks
Cant change user details
Hi, I cant seem to change the user details in my organization. I am the administrator. Sometimes, it seems to work and sometimes it doesnt. This has happened to me on both Chrome and firefox. IE is even worse...I cant seem to get past the login screen. Please help. Regards, Vivek

All, I have has a zoho account for some time now. I recently registered a domain and have set up Zoho to host it. Now that I have my own domain I am not able to change my Email ID under users to be my name at mydomain. How can I change this information? Impossible to add existing user?
I started to set up mail under my own domain. I added some users and then ran in to problems so I deleted the entire organisation and started again. The problem is when I try to create the same user now I can't as "they already exist". I therefore invite the user again: http://note.io/1ctZca1 When I do this nothing happens. Issue with adding new users
Hello, I have an issue with adding new users to my account - I have purchased the Standard 10GB Edition plan which should allow me to add unlimited users. Right now I cannot add any new accounts at all as I always get an error message telling me that my user limit is reached and that I need to upgrade my plan. Checking for missing emails?
I added my domain to my Zoho Mail account a while ago, but I don't think I had set it up correctly. Today I fixed the MX records and I started receiving emails that were a few days late. Is there any way I can check whether there are more undelivered emails? That is, emails which have been sent but aren't showing up in my inbox as well as emails that immediately bounced back to the sender?
Not able to receive mail
I am not being able to receive mail in the newly created accounts... I use cloudaccess.net to host my domain name "cncdelgolfo.com" I have changed already the MX fields and seem to be pointing correctly, I verified that in MXtoolbox still not being able to receive mail. Sharing Inbox and Calendar
We have recently migrated to Zoho Mail from Microsoft Exchange/Outlook. Previously I had my Inbox and Calendar "shared" with my admin staff such that they could access my inbox, and read emaild and respond to them. They could also access my calendar. How can I configure this same functionality in Zoho Mail?
Original signup email account required?
When I was creating a zoho account for my business domain name, I signed up for zoho with my personal email. That personal email is currently the administrator. Is there any reason I couldn't/shouldn't change the admin to my primary business user and delete the personal account? It's taking up a mailbox slot that I'd like to give to someone else

Hello, I tried to import using 2 différent tools (zoho migration tool and https://ssl0.ovh.net/fr/imapcopy/) which work very well with other email providers, but with both tools, there's a restriction when I try to import my folders. Cant access mail dashboard
I changed the application setting on my personal mail account and I am the super administrator. Now I cant get access to my mail suite dashboard. I can only access my mail using m.zoho.com not the organizations portal login page. Please help.
User can't sign in
As a super admin I tried to change a user account's user name but I can't make it work so I deleted the account and created another but the user cannot sign in, in any browser. I figured it was because of the deletion that it causes the user and email account to get blocked so I created another user/email account. Same thing happened. User cannot sign in. Any fix?
Problem with mx
Have a problem with mx configuration with chmiel.pl domain. Mx is set to mx.zohomail.com, my domain operator (home.pl) just let me know that all connections to mx.zohomail.com are timeouted and host in mx.zohomail.com is unavaiable. Help, please. M.
Converting existing pop3 account to Zoho amil account for second domain
I recently verified a second domain of my account & pointed the MX record to Zoho. Now that Zoho is hosting the mail account, I cannot access my email via pop3 (because it is internally hosted) AND Zoho does not allow me to set up an additional e-mail account that is internally hosted. The only option seems to be to add pop3 e-mail accounts. How do I add a Zoho hosted e-mail account for myself (not an additional user)?

Unable to create alias to my user
I (demetriusjk@zoho.com) recently signed up and are tying to learn the features. I have not yet changed the MX because i cant create an alias named "demi". I created one at first called "deme" and that worked but as you can see i misspelled. I get a red popup saying:Alias Email Id already registered by user not belongs to your organization. How can a user with my uniqe domainname be located somewhere else? How do I create demi@diamondglacieradventures.com alias to my user-account?
Creating users after mx records have been changed
So during the setup phase I wanted to just make one user and then create the rest later on. However it said something to the extent of you can only create users before changing the mx records. Am I right in assuming this means that after I change the mx records I can't create more users? I don't see why that should be the case but want to double check before changing them. tl;dr Can I setup additional users after changing my mx records?
Lost Password - System not working.
If my staff forget their password, they click on the lost password button. After following the instructions, Zoho sends them an email. The problem is they can't access their email to look at the email that tells them how to resent their password. This makes no sense. For us, the 'lost password" button should simply tell them to call me, system administrator, then I can reset it. Hello! I'm confused.. So I've added a domain to zoho and created email address support@mydomain.com with a password at admin panel. Where do I login with this email and password to check the mail that goes to support@mydomain.com? I've also created a subdomain mail.mydomain.com that points to business.zoho.com and I cannot login with support or support@mydomain.com, it only lets me login with my initial name that I've used to register at zoho.com I feel like I'm missing something obvious :(

Why do my users need a Zoho.com account?

No 'Change Role' menu option for users in control panel.
Hi there, I don't seem to have the 'Change Role' option in the control panel for users, and neither do I have the ability to reassign domain 'Super Administrator'.
