Ampersand in mailbox portion of contact address rejected.
An amersand ('&') as part of the mailbox portion of an email address is being rejected in the web contact manager. If you place chuck&b@example.com in the "Email Address" field you are prompted with the message: "Please Enter a Valid Email Address" on clicking save. Per RFC5322 part 3.4.1 an ampersand is a legal email address mailbox ("local-part") character, and so should be supported in the contact manager. Thanks.

Importing email from Thexyz
I have recently merged two companies, one is using Thexyz for email, the other Zoho. I am new to Zoho and wondered if we can import email into Zoho mail? When I moved mail before with XYZ, they used this migration tool. Can I use something like this here or is there a better option?

Whenever I try to send an email using zoho mail SMTP, I get this error: SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Email Outgoing Blocked. Learn more. IMAP thousands of messages that shouldn't be there
Not the first time this has happened. My IMAP client previously showed 559 messages in the inbox. Today I opened the client and it was taking a very, very long time to show the inbox. Then I noticed in the status bar that it's indexing 8723 messages. I checked the inbox from zoho mail's web interface. There are no new messages today, so far. How Do I Remove Smart Filters?
Hi, I thought I'd try Smart Filters. Yuck! So now I want to remove them. But it seems: I cannot delete the Smart Filters "You could not delete the Smart Filters kindly UnSelect it" I cannot delete the associated tags. Hi, Im using a no-reply email address to deliver mails to reset user's passwords and other stuff which logically doesn't accept incoming mails, recently, my application grow a little more and my outgoing mails were blocked. My organisation has no super admin
I've been trying to undertake a migration from Docs to Workdrive, and I have just found out that I have no Super Admin! I know which one I named it as, but now all I have is one 'admin' and one 'user'. Just recently, whenever I try to open a zoho email account on my iphone, it opens using a gmail account! I don't want gmail or google anywhere near my private zoho account! How can I stop this?
