Hi, I need your urgent assistance to recover email for this email account from 20th March 2019 until today as it has disappeared from my inbox. I have another email with all the inbox disappeared as well. I am desparate, please assist me urgently.
Setting up second pop3 email account for shopify site.
A while ago I successfully setup an email address for my shopify store ( me@myshop.com) I've just tried to add another email account ( me2@myshop.com) but got very confused. I'm at the steps 6 and 7: Provide the POP3 Incoming server name & Port number (Refer to your Email service provider Help/ Support for these details). Zoho Mail supports standard ports 110 and 995 for Incoming server. Specify the User name and Password for the account, used in your server. I don't know how to get the username

Hi, I made my email awhile ago and I have never been able to receive emails. This is frustrating because any client who may have tried contacting me I do not know. I have no idea how to change this or what MX or any of that means and I am incredibly frustrated with zoho mail.

Sending Email with HTML Links via Zoho SMTP
Hi there, Is there a way I can send an email that contains a couple of HTML links via Zoho SMTP using PHP? Currently, the email goes out to the the recipient and is saved in the Sent folder just fine. However, the HTML links are removed out of the e-mail content. Sending the same type of emails via the Zoho mail client works fine -- no links are stripped. But that's not an applicable solution for us. Notifications for MX and SPF Errors
I get notices that my MX and SPF records are not setup and it can't verify them. It was able to verify the DKIM TXT record though. I have had this account for awhile and it looks like I am receiving mail and able to send, at least right now anyways. I have my DNS configured through CloudFlare and I have had the correct MX and SPF records in it's DNS management this entire time. Hi there, I had a free account, but now I have upgraded to Mail Lite. I have my own domain Before I using Zoho, I used to read my emails in Gmail with Streak plug in - which allows us to track if email has been read, open and how many times. Hi, We have the option to set email redirect in Zoho Mail (Screenshot 120). The issue is that we don't have options for redirecting each email alias. When we set a transfer/redirected, does every email associated with the Email Account (both primary email and aliases) get transfered/redirected? I'm wondering what are the exact limits and what happens to mails once limit is exceeded? Am I able to see how much mails are still allowed to send? Do Premium account have higher limits, etc? Email resetted and is no longer the same address
Hi! After removing an organization setup I had that was now defunct, everything seemed normal and I could continue using my email as usual that night. The next day, everything was refreshed. I had to go through the "Welcome to Zoho" screen and all my emails were gone and in their place, the welcome one. That would've been annoying but alright if my address also wasn't changed. "Add User" is not available both in Zoho Mail and Zoho One admin app
Hi, I can't add new users in Zoho Mail, both inside the ZMail admin panel (screenshot 110) and the Zoho One panel (Screenshot 111). When I go directly on a user to add the Zoho Mail application, I can't find it. (Screenshot 112). The issue might be because Zoho Mail was open as a free plan before it switched to the Zoho One app. Now my subscription correctly shows Zoho One - 8 licenses ( Screenshot 113). Please help!

Links issue
I am using SMTP Pro to send messages from Magento. It was working fine but now all links are broken. At logs I can see that the messages are going with no problem, but when I get the message in my mail box, I get: <a href"https://domain.com"> <img height"20" width"200" src"https://domain"> all my "=" are missing. At log they are all ok and the type is text/html. Does anybody knows how to fix it?

Hi, you must have know that by using outlook, you can copy any email and you can paste into another email trail to give reference but here that capability not available in zoho. I know, zoho having capability to forward multiple email as a new email but I want to keep continue the email to respond with Inline email details with attachment on another email. Hi, some year ago I have set the Reply-to address in my free zmail account, but now I have to modify/delete it and I cannot find where and how. The setting disapeared from custom SMTP and in unfindable in every page of menu, and so I'm not able to remove "reply to" in composing email window. Can you help me?

Not receiving emails from logging devices.
Hello I am not able to receive emails from my Netgear router that is set to send an access log once per day. The settings seem to be fine using port 587 or 465 and the router log states that the email was sent without error. Also this issue is the same with another program that sends an email when someone registers an account. Again, there are no errors when these emails are sent via this program either. I am assuming that this is the correct protocol. outgoing: smtp.zoho.com port: 587 or 465
