EAS Push stopped working

Can NOT Attach files via Cloud services

saved emails and desktop client settings

Zoho Mail is no longer reliable enough for my business
Over the past few months there have been so many mail issues. All of which I have had to discover, or my clients have discovered and tell me that my mail isn't working. I have customers sending me mail now to my personal mail address because of these problems. Can not send to military emails (.mil)
A large percentage of my emails are sent to military units and personnel. I had this problem when I first started using ZOHO but then it went away. But, now it has started happening again and it's becoming a big problem. I get the same response back every time I try to send something. It seems to only be an issue with .mil emails. Please help! I have had to start using a google email for my military correspondence but I'd like to keep it all in ZOHO. ERROR_CODE :421, ERROR_CODE :Host not reachable.

Good day I have been using Zoho with no issues so far. But for the past day when I try to use my Zoho app on my phone it tells me UNABLE TO CONTACT SERVER when I use my phone data.
