Editing Client and Candidate records - Not working
Under the client and candidate tabs in Zoho Recruit when I select a record, then go to edit from the "more options" tab, nothing happens. How do I edit these records?
Tec. issues
Zoho is not working properly. I can't look up candidates nor add them. All the information gets erased. I need assists immediately. I called yesterday, no one has returned my call.
3 questions... please assist.
1. How can I get a resume status that says... "Under Review"? 2. When scheduling an interview, is there a way to ONLY pull up those clients/job that the candidate was submitted to? 3. When a job closes/cancels/fills, etc. is there a way to automatically reject those candidates that were not chosen and notate it in the notes section for further reference? As of now, I can only see a way to do this manually and we may have 10's of candidates associated to a particular position.

Is there a way to attach a document to the candidate email alert? There is not a browse for file option. Thanks
Be careful when using the Bulk Update!!
I just added an extra option in a multi pick field, searched and selected 101 candidates that I would like this option to be ticked on the multi-option field and it has erased all the other options that were ticked. This is hours and hours of work that has been erased. I assumed the bulk update would tick the new option with no other impact, not tick the option and delete all ticks in other options.
Date in European format
Hi, Zoho has made another change that is affecting our work. We need to have the date in European format. Can you fix this ou tell us how we can change data from USA to European format? Thanks Bruno
Selecting Multiple Tags at one time
At this time it seems that I am unable to select a multiple tags at one time. Normally I would hold down CTRL and then select multiple existing tags. This is very time consuming when trying to organize candidates.

"Candidates" tab gives unstructured content, and no search tools, when i try to open it
from the dashboard in zoho recruit, when i click on the 'Candidates' tab, i get a new tab as shown in the attached file, rather than the usual more structured page. This phenomenon has been happening to me on my computer only for several months. I've tried everything i can think of to refresh the page, but still no luck. When this happens, all of the content in the original window below the tabs goes blank (white), and there's a spinning disk below that point. I am using firefox 26.0 on Windows 7

When adding a candidate form to our website, the spacing between the fields is not consistent and it looks very untidy. Is there any way to ensure that the vertical spacing is consistent?
MASK JOB URL in Zoho Recruit
Hi, When we upload a job opening in to ZOHO recruit this creates a URL for the job. I do not want these showing up in google. I would rather to be able to share the job e.g. www.companyname.com/jobID(from zoho). All the other ATS clients out there do this. How come we cannot? How to improve Zoho Recruit
We ran some telephone interviews and cant see how/where we can add the notes / outcomes of the interviews. We would like to see a category field for interviews and the ability upload quite detailed notes and perhaps upload attachments eg results of Psychometric or scanned copies of notes taken during interview. In addition we need to interviewers at every interview.
Candidate Status Options
Hi there!!! I am a little frustrated that I can't change or edit some of the candidate statuses that the software came with. For example we wouldn't use "on hold" or "unqualified" in our business. Also I can't arrange the list in the order I want because of the "system" fields cannot be moved. Anyone have any ideas here? Is there a way to edit or move them that I am not seeing? Good morning team, Just testing the resume parser built into Zoho Recruit. Are there any plans to be able to pick documents from Zoho Docs? Change user name
I have two users on my account that have the same last name. Is there a way to get their first and last name to show up as their user name instead of just their last name and a number? Also, our company paid for three recruiters when signing up. Is this what allows up to have 3 users on one account or was it even necessary for me to pay for 3 users if they can all be included on one recruiter account? Thanks, Zac.
Suggestions regarding adding candidates and company contacts
It would be very helpful if you could move the "add candidate" buttons to the left so that we don't have to push the slider all the way over every time we want to add a candidate. It would also be very helpful if there was a button on the "add client contact" page to use the main number of the company for the contact's work number. Thanks, Eric Wheel
