It is the start of my workday and Recruit is not working. Please advise issue and estimated time to fix!
More Merge Selection
As I was making contact templates for candidates, I noticed I am only able to select from the Candidate record set when merging fields. It would be nice to reference the position or positions for which they have applied or for which they are under consideration. This would require mail merge from that field set. Thank you.
Limited ability to save information for each candidate
I'm trying out your recruit app and there is at least one problem with it. We gather information on candidates, which we save in a file. We also save the candidate's resume in a file. We also re-write the resume in a profile format and save that in a file. Unfortunately, your app only allows one file per candidate. Even if I try to copy and paste the info into a text field it won't work because there are too many characters. I'm not sure we can use the app for this reason.
How to record notes of the last updats in the status of the candidate?
How I can add notes beside the candidate In order to know the latest progress on his case.
Disable Account Redirect
We recently had a new Zoho Recruit account made for our division of the company. When you are in Gmail and select Zoho Recruit from the drop down More menu it keeps directing to the disabled account from before. Right now I have the log in page saved as a favorite but it would be easier we could get the More option to go directly to our new account. Any ideas on how to get that to happen?

Email ID on Zoho Recruit not changing?
I've already changed my Email on Zoho Accounts, but its not updating on Zoho Recruit and emails sent to candidates are still listed as coming from my personal email not my work one. How do I update this?
ZOHO crm field mapping.
I have zoho crm account which I have integrated with zoho recruit. In my business situation, my clients in zoho crm are my candidates in zoho recruit. But zoho recruit is not enabling me to map the crm fields to candidates but only to client fields. Kindly help me solving this problem by enabling me to map the crm fields to candidate fileds in zoho recruit.
Automatically tagging candidates?
Is there a way to have Zoho Recruit automatically tag candidates / resumes / job openings with a certain tag whenever certain actions are taken? For example, I want to automatically tag a candidate as "scheduled-for-interview" whenever a recruiter schedules an interview for an existing candidate, or to tag them as "rejected" whenever a candidate is rejected.
Duplicate Attachments
I have found that the system attaches two copies of the same document to my emails when forwarding candidates to clients. It's not a huge problem, but does not look professional. Please advise. Thank you, John

Unable to select correct client whilst creating new job opening. Doesn't appear is search results in the relevant field.
The feed to Simply Hired appears to be down.
We now use another vendor in conjunction with Zoho because this keeps happening... But, as a courtesy, I thought I would let you know that your feed to SimplyHired appears to be broken once again. Most of your customers' job openings are no longer showing up on Simply Hired. Do you have an ETA of when it will be fixed?
Client Meeting to Calendar interface?
Can we please have the option to add Client appointments to the calendar from the actual client form? I'd like to be able to schedule a follow up meeting with my client in the future right through the client/client contact form. This can be for internal use or to invite the client... doesn't matter. Just need to have that interface with the calendar. Also, could we add the option to schedule calendar events for meetings with candidates also (internal reference). Easier that doing it all through Zoho
Temps working custom view in Zoho Recruit
How do you create a custom view of temps working for this week. I have tried multiple combinations of job status, start date, end date etc but I am unable to find the correct combinations to show the temps I have working this week?? Any suggestions on how I can do this.
Zoho Recruit Email Tab Does Not Work on iPad Safari
Hi Support, I logged in to Zoho Recruit on my iPad Safari, but when I clicked on an email (on Email tab), the page hangs and I can't do anything on Zoho or Safari anymore. I had to force quit Safari and restart again. The rest of the tabs work fine, except the email tab. My Idea Suggestion to Improve Zoho Recruit
We need a hidden personal text field! This means there is a field that only the user entering in the field and admin can see, but other users cannot see. This could be adaptable to be a phone number that should be kept hidden, or some secret notes on the candidate, etc. Adding something like this would be genius and would make Zoho my DB of choice. This one thing would make me 100% satisfied with Zoho Recruit. Without this feature I am maybe 20% satisfied. Please take my suggestion seriously.

Hello Zoho support, I am about to start a recruitment company and wanted to allow users to search candidates (excluding contact details etc)... are there any plans to have a searchable website page (much like the one for job openings) so that employers can search for candidates matching a set of criteria?? Job Posting to Non-U.S.
It asks me for a State when mapping as a mandatory field, but I want to post to job boards which are free for non-U.S., since all my jobs are in Tokyo. How can I do this? Also, seems like I can't uncheck the post to web checkbox, which I don't want to do. Therefore, alternatively, if this feature doesn't work for me, then how do I shut off posting entirely?

Email account change for Mass Mail
I have tried many ways to change the email account that Zoho Recruit sends from. I have gone to Zoho Mail and enabled two email accounts (one gmail, and one through 1and1.com). But I can't figure out how to get the gmail account as an option for the Mass Mail feature. Can anyone help?
Emailing to more than 250 candidates
When I send a mass email to Candidates, it says it will send to the first 250 of my candidates. Two questions: 1. Which is the "first 250?" Alphabetical by first name? Numerical by Candidate ID number? Something else? 2. Will the email go out the following day to the next 250? Thanks, Adam
Candidate Fields not showing
When I upload my word resume's under candidates, I can't upload more then 10 and a number of fileds are not showing up such as , Current employer etc, I really need to see these fields from the resume, pleae help.

Problems with Events functionality
Over the last few days, I've started to notice new problems with Zoho Recruit, specifically the Events functionality. Here's what I'm noticing: 1. When I click Edit for an existing Event for a particular candidates, the Subject, Start DateTime and End DateTime fields are populated with "null". 2. Evaluation of Zoho Recruit
Is there any means of financial reporting in Zoho Recruit. We would like to be able to record the commission rate that has been agreed against a Job Opening, the expected starting salary (against which the commission is applied) and an expected signing date (when the commission can be invoiced). Is the integration to Zoho only one way? If we update the Client or Client Contact record in Zoho Recruit can we ensure this is reflected in Zoho CRM. A one-way data relationship is not really 'integration'.

View E-mail from... tab
In individual candidate window - email tab: How do I view ALL emails with regard to a single applicant? Right now I can either (A - "show emails from "Recruiter") see all individual emails between candidate@email.com and recruiter@company.com or (B - "show all emails from Zoho) see all sent bulk email. I am the only one using Zoho in my company and I do not want to switch views all the time, I just want ALL email in the same window.
