HI, I am just planninh my new website and enjoy the fact, that I can issue the ZOHO job openings directly via iframes. BUT, as yo know, each good feature longs for new ones! Therefore my question: I have various categories of JO, say plant engineering, automotive, IT. Is it possible to publish just selected JO in various iframes? Hence, each viewer would just see the JO of his interest. Moreover, can a search function be established in the website, enabling the candidates to search in all published

The unsubscribe link is a little dangerous and I would really like the ability to turn this off. In recruitment we don't really want to give people the option to "unsubscribe" to our emails unless we are sending bulk newsletters for example. Please can you add the ability to turn this option off?

on the careers website page it used to display all roles. however now is replaced with next button in place of this. The next does not really explain that there are multiple pages and is reasonably small. perhaps if you can either add to the left of the next button Page 1 of (X) this would be a little clearer to the person looking at the page. Additionally can you add the ability for us to either change the amount of jobs displayed on each page as a setting, or just enable us to turn this off. thanks

What is the appropriate process I should follow when one of my Recruiters leaves and I hire a new staff member to take their place? Should I delete or terminate the previous Recruiter's account? Hi there, We are using Zoho Recruit and recently decided to let applicants upload in a videopitch besides their CV on our embedded zoho application form. I did this by creating a (mandatory) upload field called "Videopitch", which seems to work fine: the attachment paperclip shows me a downloadable file. This seems to work fine for .avi and .zip files, but not always for .mov, .mp4, .wmv, .flv and .3gp. The embedded form doesn't give a confirmation message, nor an error message, but just disappears

Hello, Doesn't tab "Emails" and "Mail magnet" in Zoho Recruit receive and keep only those emails that are related with my candidates and clients /their contacts? In my ZohoRecruit account, all my emails are shown there (including prospect customer, vendors, every mail). I have created custom fields within my candidate tab in Zoho Recruit: i.e Roll Off Month, Roll Off Date, Current Client ... When I try to create a report, I cannot find these fields available within the cadidate table? Not receiving email into my Zoho account.
I am not getting email in to my Zoho account. I've received the following error: Invalid Security Certificate for the server. Try changing the incoming port to 110, without SSL and check again. I changed the port and still receive the error....
Change Hire Date
Is there a way to manually change the Hire Date? I need to have an accurate hire date, but if a candidate starts with a client before I am in front of my computer (esp. since the mobile app is 2 years delayed), their Hire Date (or Start Date) can be off until I do my record-keeping. Any suggestions?

Each of these forms are available as an editable PDF online, or can be downloaded. Has anyone tried this?
