LinkedIn Authentication issues
LinkedIn Authentication---my account asked me to authenticate LinkedIn again (I've been using the account for several months already). It's not finishing the authentication process, no matter how many times I try (it's getting my login info, etc.--the screen goes blank after that). Please advise so that I can once again utilize the LinkedIn integration.
Interviewer field not retaining data
We have noticed today that the when booking interviews, the Interviewer field is not retaining the information entered. We have booked 3 interviews today, 2 different interviewers, same problem in all. We have that field set to be mandatory.
integrating recruit with custom wordpress sites / career site search
Is there anyway via the API to have a job search box on a web page on a wordpress site? How are users integrating recruit capabilities into their own custom websites? I can't really use the existing career site, it's formatting is just too limiting. Could you provide some examples?
Integration with Linkedin
I'm testing Zoho recruit against several other ATS. Looks interesting but I'm missing the integration with Linkedin which is crucial for recruitment in Belgium. Any idea when this will be available ? This is a crucial point in my analysis. Kind regards, Gert
How to I set up an email alert for a candidate applying for a second and third job
Hi A lot of my candidates apply for more than one job to a particular client - currently they receive a welcome email from me when they register through Zoho Recruit. Then they receive a further email telling them they have been registered against a particular job. When they apply for a second position they don't get the acknowledgement for that position which I want them to. Please tell me how I do this. Regards Shirley

Is there a way that I can restrict a user to be able to only see clients in a particular province. I am concerned about data security and theft so I do not want them to be able to see all Clients or all Candidates. This is URGENT
outlook addin - include checkbox to only display clients & jobs that are active
When I parse & attach a candidate from email, using the outlook add-in, I have scroll through every client we have, including many that are not active. Then, one particular clients could have 50+ inactive job orders that I have to scroll through the find the one I need. An option that allowed to only display clients with open job orders & just those open orders would be great. Thanks for considering.
Emails ending up in junkmail
Hey! Every email i send from the system ends up in peoples junkmail, but when i email from my mailclient with same ID it does not end up there. I am using a POP3 for mu exchange mail but the zoho smtp setting, i did not get the other one to work. Any idea of what i can do to resolve this?

It all starts with a letter
We wanted to send a marketing letter to a set of contacts. We followed the advice given on this page https://www.zoho.com/recruit/helpnew/zoho-integrations/zoho-docs/create-mailmerge-document-zoho-writer.html - spent a long time editing the template, getting it just right. Went on to part two, followed the instructions but cannot find the the More Actions > Mail Merge. So then we spot the note.... " You will be able to choose the Zoho Writer option only if you are in the Professional or Enterprise
Account is Inactive" - please urgent help!
My email address - office @ccrarecruitagency.com - was perfectly active today but couple of hours ago i couldn't login. The error message is that my "Account is Inactive". I have no idea why it would be considered inactive as i never do anything illegal to abuse the service and i really need this account back. I couldn't even log in the the support forum with an inactive account. now i use my other account just to get access to the support forums and to ask for urgent support, please.....please

Would be very useful to log activity/notes for each interview scheduled to see the latest update on the Interviews list page.
Bug - Sorting by Last Email Sent
We added some candidates to a Job Opening. When viewing the list of candidates from the job opening, and sort by the "Last Email Sent" column, it doesn't do a proper sort.
Zoho Resume Inbox DELAYED!
I noticed while doing a test of CV uploads, that Resume Inbox is delayed quite a number of hours/a day, in uploading CV's to Zoho Recruit. As the industry I recruit in is quite competitive, a few hours delay in receiving a candidates application can mean that they miss out on an opportunity. Please assist to make resume inbox upload CV's to zoho recruit quicker.

Edit Job Opening ID
Why can we not edit the job opening id like previously. I have my own specific ID's and have previously edited the Zoho created one but don't seem to be able to do so any more. Why? How do I fix this? Thanks

Submit a candidate without using a template
Is it possible to submit a candidate with all the attachments WITHOUT using the template. As the templates are not editable within the message box, it is really painfull to use them and I can't find how to attach cvs without them.
Massive bug with mass candidates status update: 5 days without any feedback from the support team
Again a huge bug with a mass candidate status update. I used the filter of the candidates view under job opening to select a couple of candidates and the system updated ALL the candidates under the job ! Thanks Zoho for once again ruining my work and not coming back to me !

Dropdown List for Job Association shows All Jobs regardless of Status
How is the drop down list populated when associating a candidate to a job? It appears that all jobs, regardless of status, are shown on this list. On more than one occasion I have inadvertently selected a job that has been filled already and nearly overlooked a viable candidate.
Search bar -- can we change back to how it used to work?
Regarding the search bar on candidates page--is there a way to get the old search bar back where I don't have to click on it to enter text? It was a great deal easier before. Thanks
Candidate "last update" stamp.
Any time a candidate record is updated with a new input, the "last update" should be reflected as truly when it was last updated.

Date format on templates
Is there a way that we can use long date format in templates? e.g. Saturday, January 23, 2016 11:30AM Here in Canada the date is often confusing as we have British and American influence. Some people will use DD/MM/YYYY and others will use MM/DD/YYYY. While both are acceptable, it can get very confusing. We'd like to make the date clear when we send notifications to candidates for interviews. For now, our template contains the text "Date format is DD/MM/YYYY". We'd like to eliminate that text if

Yet another bug (I notice at least two new bugs per day...)
An yet another bug. I submitted three candidates and selected many attachment. I was in bcc of the message and i noticed that only half of the files selected were present. I only received one mail so I suppose the message hasn't been splitted. All these bugs are making your solution highly unreliable....
