Add RTL (Right-to-Left) Text Direction Button in Zoho Cliq

Greetings Zoho Team,

We would like to request the addition of an RTL (Right-to-Left) text direction button in Zoho Cliq, similar to what is already available in other Zoho apps like Zoho Desk.



Currently, while using Zoho Cliq with the English interface, we do not have an option to change the text direction to RTL. This feature is essential for us, as we often communicate in both English and RTL languages (such as Hebrew and Arabic). Having the ability to seamlessly switch text direction would significantly improve the readability and efficiency of our communication.

Also - please allow us to set the default text direction so we will not have to manually choose it every time.

Use Case: In our workflow, we frequently switch between English and RTL languages while keeping the English user interface for consistency. Without a built-in RTL button, formatting text becomes cumbersome, especially when sharing updates or information in multiple languages. This is especially challenging when our team needs to deliver clear communication to clients and colleagues.

Challenge: Currently, Zoho Cliq lacks an RTL text direction option. In contrast, Zoho Desk already includes this feature, which greatly enhances text formatting and readability. Adding a similar RTL button in Zoho Cliq would streamline our communication process, improve productivity, and make the platform more versatile for multilingual teams.
