End of Support announcement for macOS 10.9, 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, and 10.13

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our support for legacy macOS operating systems with Zoho Assist.

AlertStarting May 1, 2025, we will officially end support for macOS versions 10.9, 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, and 10.13.
While you can continue to configure these devices for Unattended Access and connect to these devices, any new feature updates, security updates or performance enhancements will not apply for devices running on these operating system versions.

This decision has been made to ensure the highest standards of performance, security, and compatibility for all our users. The key reasons for this change are:
  • Security: These macOS versions have reached end-of-life status, and Apple no longer provides updates or security patches, leaving them vulnerable to threats.
  • Compliance: End-of-life operating systems may not meet compliance standards, as they lack the latest security updates and could be considered non-compliant.
  • Compatibility: Newer features and fixes may not be compatible with these operating systems. Additionally, existing capabilities may not function effectively on these versions.
By focusing on modern macOS versions, we aim to provide a more secure, reliable, and feature-rich experience for all our users.
If you are using one of the affected macOS versions, we strongly encourage you to upgrade to a supported version to continue enjoying access to the latest features and other enhancements.

We understand that this change may impact some of our customers, and we are committed to supporting you through this transition. For any questions or assistance, please contact us at support@zohoassist.com.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Sincerely,
The Zoho Assist Team
