Hi users,
Google has recently announced new guidelines for sending emails to Gmail and other Google-hosted domains. These guidelines will be effective starting Feb. 1, 2024, and can impact the delivery of emails sent from Zoho Writer.
Your organization will be impacted if you send:
Emails with a gmail.com email address in the From field.
What operations might be impacted:
Sending emails via Zoho Writer's automation templates.
Sending email notifications for @ mentions in Writer documents.
What should you do to avoid the impact:
Change your From address from gmail.com to your organization's domain or any custom domain email address. Learn more.
Note: To avoid any disruption to your business, from February 1, we will be delivering emails with notification@zohowriter.com until you change the From address.
You can configure your DKIM policy in Writer's admin console. Review the detailed steps.
Date to remember: Feb. 1, 2024 is when Google' new guidelines take effect.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us at support@zohowriter.com or support@eu.zohowriter.com.
