Zoho Mail

Delegate Email Alias

Now you can let other users send emails on your behalf—not just from your primary email address, but also from your email aliases too.

Zoho Sprints Notifications in Zoho Mail

Notifications from Zoho Sprints can now be viewed directly in your Zoho Mail preview pane in Zoho Sprints format, making it easier to stay updated. You can see details, comments, and attachments for any Sprint record without leaving your inbox.

New image annotator in Compose

A new image annotator is now available in Compose. Simply double-click any image to open it and start editing.

Auto-Hide Recipient fields for a cleaner Compose view

When the Auto-hide recipient setting is turned on, the To, Cc, and Bcc fields will be hidden as you start composing your email. This frees up space to help you focus on writing. You will still be able to see how many recipients have been added to each field, even while they are hidden.

Switch Keyboard Shortcuts

Switch to different Keyboard Shortcuts based on other popular email service providers such as Outlook, Gmail and Zimbra Mail. Simply choose your provider from the drop-down menu next to Reset Shortcuts.

Summarize content in Shared Mailbox

With Zia AI integration, you can quickly summarize the entire email conversation in Shared Mailbox using the ‘Summarize’ option in the top left corner of the email preview.

Microsoft To Do tasks import

Easily import all your tasks from Microsoft To Do to Zoho ToDo in Zoho Mail, so you can keep everything in one place without losing any important details or deadlines.

Enhanced Dashboard Sharing Options

You can now share your dashboard data more easily in Admin Reports. In addition to exporting it as a PDF or CSV, you can share files directly via Cliq, add them to WorkDrive, or save them to your device—all in just a few clicks.

Host your Calendar events using Zoho Cliq Meetings

Zoho Calendar's integration with Zoho Cliq enhances two-way sync between the platforms, enabling you to launch audio/video conferences and start Cliq group chat with participants when an event is created. This improves collaboration by automatically linking participants and communication tools to your calendar events with ease.

Hassle-free event sharing using URL

Now share your event details via URL with custom event detail visibility based on your preference (org/public).

Repeat drop-down aligns with your selected day

Repeating an event is now more convenient: The repeat event drop-down auto suggests the preset repeat patterns based on the selected date or day from the grid.

Export Calendar with custom date range

Customize the calendar export with the preferred time range of your choice with the newly added end date support.

Zoho Cliq

Screenshare preview

When you share your screen in a Cliq call or a meeting, you will now see a live preview of what you are sharing. This helps you stay in control and avoid sharing the wrong screen or window.

Stream Live Events with external tools

You can now produce and stream Live Events in Zoho Cliq using external production software through the RTMP protocol. Once you schedule an event in Cliq, you’ll get a stream key and URL to connect with your external service. This lets you create richer, more professional live events and broadcast them directly to your Cliq audience.

Copy and paste any file type

Copy-paste just got better. Along with images, you can now copy and paste PDFs, videos, and other file types directly into the composer.

New information types in DLP

We have expanded the list of sensitive information types supported in Data Loss Prevention (DLP). This includes IDs, phone numbers, and tax identifiers from Vietnam, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia. We have also added support for international data like credit card numbers and date of birth, as well as the US National Provider Identifier.

Record audio and video meetings

You can now record audio and video meetings from the Cliq module in Trident, allowing you to revisit important conversations or presentations at your convenience. (Available on both Mac and Windows.

Annotate the shared screen during calls and meetings

You can now annotate the shared screen during one-on-one calls and meetings initiated from the Cliq module in Trident to communicate your ideas clearly with visual cues. (Available on both Mac and Windows.)

Assign a host before leaving meetings

The meeting you’re hosting doesn't necessarily have to end when you have to leave. You can assign another participant to be the host so the conversation can continue after you leave the meeting from the Cliq module. (Available on both Mac and Windows.)
