Trying to edit field props.
I created a form and started using it, but would nnow like to modify two of the fields by extending the max number of characters from 10 to 12. I go and edit the two fields, but the chnage does not take. Can anyone point me in the right direction???

Internal Exception
I have an application that works properly. One form called ballot imports a view from another form when a "voting key" is successfully entered. (testkey12) I copied the application and called it ACS Board Election. I changed the internal links as appropriate. On the ballot in the copied application, the imported view generates an internal exception error. I've checked that the link to the view works properly, and it does when it is not in the form, but inside the form, it appears to be generating
Creating a condition for a form's item
Hi guys, I created a simple form that contains three items: 1. Gender (Male, Female) = radio button 2. List of 50 Males names = multi select item 3. List of 50 Females names = multi select item I just need any user who selects 'male' from the gender's item would only SEE the list of 'male names' and who selects 'female' from the gender's item would only SEE the list of 'female names'. Iframe Still Showing Form Header
Hey, Im trying to embed my form into my website via iframe, I go into the 'Customize Form Properties & Look and Feel' and select DO NOT display and I see that it's showing that updated on the iframe code. How to share the application?
i am having problem in sharing the application.when i start sharing the file in Zoho Creator, it says that i dont have access and must sign in to another user. how to share the application in this manner? moreover, we have subscribed to Professional Edition, and part of it, we are allowed to have 10 users, how can we share the application to 10 users if we are having problem with it as i mention earlier. pls help me on this matter. Problem sharing an application
I have created a database application and shared it with another zoho user. When the other user logs in they can see the shared application but when they click on it it says "you are logged in as xxusernamexx please login as a different user to see this application? I've tried lots of different things including adding sharing it as a user/developer, deleting share and re-sharing, sharing with another email address and getting the shared person to add that in as a user but always the same error message.
updating field parameters not taking effect
I have tried to change the value of the 'initial value' option in the field edit window but these values are simply just not there when i run the app and add a new record. Also, the 'visible to other users' field seems like it get's updated in the form when i make changes to the field, but the changes don't take effect, and other users can still see these fields. I did make sure to click the 'done' button after editing a field... am i doing something wrong or is there a bug somewhere?

HI, My app is being used to collect info from job applicants. I have a "assigned to" field that is populated 'on validate' based on the location the person is applying to. This assigns the responsible person to that applicant. I tired using the "send mail" function in the script editor with the mail being sent as follows: To : input.Assign_To The email is not being sent??? Any suggestions?

ZC Team: Look how a dropdown field from a form looks in FF 3.6 and the same field in the same form in IE 8: You can see that the longer records are truncated in IE, and in some cases the public forms may become useless, being impossible for them to properly display the records from a dropdown field in the most used browser worldwide. Hi! I have noticed today that I can add more applications. I understand that the free account allows me to have 3 applications, although at the Home section only two are showing. Currency Field Decimal Places
I have an application that modifies a currency field in Deluge code. When I do so, the field, which is specifically set to display two decimal places in USD, only displays one decimal place. In other words, setting the field for a dollar and fifty cents makes the form display "1.5" instead of the expected "1.50". Is there a fix or workaround for this?
toXML() fails to parse html strings
I want to write a function in that extracts some content from an external html file. I saw an explanation on how to do this, basically: mapvar = getUrl(<URL>, false); stringdata = mapvar.get("responseText"); x = stringdata.toXML(); ... now parse data in x as XML ... However for anything but a trivial html page, the toXML() call fails with "Unable to update variable x". e.g. fails for http://www.google.com. Am I missing something? How to store data in Creator after we create a form?
Hi. I'm new here, and my problem is a little weird. Wen i start to create a new form, i just uncheck the box "Store data in Creator" and create a nice and complex form. I thought i woudn't need to record data on zoho space, but when i finish the job, i realize that i need that function ready again. So, is there a setting or anything else that could allow me to setup that function (store data in Creator) back? I don't want to create my form from zero again. Thank you all.

How do i create a searchable member directory for my website?
