On User input BUG with Collection Lookup?
I have had a problem in my application with On User input as follows (simplified code that replicates the problem is below and here is Link to sample app ): Form Test1 is designed to look up data from the database for form Test2 based on the user choice in Test1 field T1_lookup. I then want to populate some Test1 fields with default data from the Test2 database for the user to edit. Everything works fine the first time the user chooses a value from the list in T1_lookup. I have 3 apps, on the one I need most the bulk edit feature will not provide the drop down list for fields to be edited. It works fine for the other apps. Where might I be going wrong? rkresack

"Add to picklist" value never saved
I haven't figured out yet why this application won't save the "Instruments" field. Anyone know? A public example is available at: creator.zoho.com/landofzc/musical-instruments/ I must be missing some unexpected (for me) behavior because it seems like the Deluge code in On User Input > Add to picklist ought to populate the Instruments picklist depending on which the Type of instrument the user has picked, then save all the data to a record. Bulk Edit
Hi When I try to "Block Edit", I select all the rows, then select which field I want to edit, but I press "apply" it then asks to "Enter a value for Product Name" but with no further options . Hi, I am new to Zoho and I've been trying to create my first application. I understand that I can make the application send an e-mail when the form is submitted but is there a way to send an e-mail when the current date is getting close to the deadline (i.e in a to do list, send a notification when the due date is approaching without having to log in or submit the form)? emailed data returned "Null" on multi-select fields
I guess this counts as a bug to me, but it could be usability. When I fill out my form the email that it sends me has "null" for the two multi-select fields when I select more than one option. When I look at the record in the database the information is there, it just doesn't get sent in the email with the rest of the fields. Am I doing something wrong? Also is there a way to adjust the form layout so that there are two columns at the top and only one in the bottom half? And can I limit the total

show/hide field containing no data
I'm trying to create a list of events, but there is not always data in every field e.g. Speaker_1_name and Speaker_2_name fields for two speakers names, but sometimes there's only one speaker. I'm viewing in Summery View 1 entry per row. What I would like to do is have the Summery View not display the field Speaker_2_name when there is no name present. Any thoughts? thanks, Andrew

Login Problems
I'm using a new Intel MacBook and cannot login to any Zoho product using the newest Firefox browser (2.0.0.4). In the login box I get an error message that the connection was reset (see image below). So there are never any input boxes to login. I can go to the direct link to my page, but just can't login to edit it. Is it a setting in my browser preferences? Trying to back up

User can not see Panes
When a user is logged in to application, they are supposed to see the additional views, but they are missing in the pane layout. The administrator can see all the panes but the users can not when the application is shared to them. Thanks pwhanley
Users have lost access to navigation
At least two of the users of my application have lost access to the left navigation panel. They can log in successfully and get into the default start page, but they have no navigation options to switch to different views. I provided a direct link to some of the views and that seemed to work correctly. They have permissions for all forms and views in sharing, and they can get elsewhere with a direct link. exporting data
When exporting data, the .pdf document has the database 'List' view as default. For my contacts database of 16 fields, this becomes a long horizontal document, which stretches from one side of the screen to the other. Is there some way that you could you enable the .pdf document to include the 'Summary' (vertical) view for the database? As you do with the html default? Thanks very much. ATP
Registration problems
I am trying to share my creator application with others and failing. It allows the users to sign up to the creator and give them the ability to enter data, but it does not allow them to look at the different views I have set up. It does not even list anything on the left hand of the screen where the views are. Please advise- I need to roll this application out to 50 people next week. rleaphart

first off, I am very impressed with this service. I have a database of names, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. the database is pretty sloppy an missing some information for some people. Why can't my users edit data??
I have tried to share a view with all permissions allowed, but the users can't seem to get to the views as there is no link on the left side of the page to views. How to do this?? How to rename field names
I've copied the Project Tracker DB as a basis for a new database. I've been working through tweaking things to where I need them but I've run into a bit of a problem. The actual field names are shown as headers instead of the view names when data is exported. I cannot find where the actual DB field names are kept. Ideas? T.

Text color changes when embedding with javascript
When I embed a view using Javascript instead of an IFrame the text color on my entire page changes to black. Something in the code must be re-setting the default font color. If you can't re-create this problem let me know and I'll create a sample page and post the link. I'm using IFrames for now but I look forward to this glitch being overcome so that I can use JS.
