Formula field not saving
Any help? I add the Formula field to my form. I try to change the name of the Formula field and try to add a calculation, but the new name and calculation do not save. I see an AutoSave popup window flash, but when I go to access the application and back to the form builder the Formula field goes back to the title "Formula" and the calculation is empty. I've tried to delete and add it again....sometimes the Formula field just says adding.... and never shows on the form.
Link to a particular record in an e-mail
I want to send an e-mail when a record is created on a form. In the e-mail I would like to have a link back to the record that was just created so the e-mail receiver can view it. I could not find a way to do this. Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?
Who has tried to access zoho
Hi, I recently set up a process of giving all users from theatre company access to a form. They obviously have to sign up to zoho, They login and the form they see is filtered on their email address. Unfortunately I haven't had much success with updated forms. Is it possible to somehow see , who has at least logged in to the site to try and update their details. Thanks Tim

Hello, I have a form which uses lookup fields to gather records from a given (editable) date range. However, I find that when the date range is automatically updated (i.e., I change the month string to "November", which causes a function to execute that updates the 'Report_Start_Date' and 'Report_End_Date' to the first & last of the month), the lookup field doesn't update to show records in the new date range. multi row reports
Is there a simple way to generate multi-row reports from a View? When I try to print a report from a view all the data from each record is printed on one row. Is there a way to get each record to print on two or three rows so the report will print on Letter size paper?
Users cannot edit records
I am a newbe with Zoho but have created an application for tracking care issues at our church. I have 5 users who are able to input data, but are not able to edit that data or anyone else's data. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Dick Bickings
Creator Application, Calendar view does not work correctly in embed
When viewed with the Creator App the calendar view shows arrows to go forward and back in months or years. I have embedded the report as a calendar view but the forward and back arrows do not display, I have no way to navigate from the current month. How do I make the arrows appear in an embedded view? Help with Dynamic Picklists in Subforms
I have a form that are people that attend my class, for each person I have a first name and a last name field. On a seperate form I have a Class, each class I teach has a specific record. I am trying to create a roster for my classes. I have built a form for this and have a subform for adding the students. I would like to pick the last name first for a pick list, then have the options for first name filtered to show only records with that last name. I can get the last name populating correctly

Problem displaying images in a report on Firefox on Mac
Hi, as mentioned in the title images are not displayed in the report of a form under Mac OSX using firefox. It is working on Windows with Firefox, IE and Chrome and on OSX with Chrome but not with Firefox. I'll attach Screenshots for you. Can you help me with that? Thanks in advance!
Calendar embed view does not have forward and back or month name
I embedded a calendar view and allowed editing and adding events. In the embed view the top ribbon is blank, there is no arrows to go forward and back through months and the month name does not appear. I can't find any options to set this. How can I make the embed view look lthe same as the view within the app? Thank you

Pivot tables not showing correct field values
I have a magazine application with two basic forms: article and issue. The issue contains four fields: IssueID, Month, Year, and Issue. Number is calculated as the greatest value of number +1, while joblist is a lookup field for job number. I am re-creating a an app I created in MS-Access. What I am trying to do is to create an amortization schedule which means I have to work with dates. Dates seems to be handled differently. Here's how I did it in Access. I had a table the needed periods. Period ID, Date that would be the month end. Then I had a decision box to close the period when complete. I am trying to build a membership database, and attached to each member I would like a field that tells me the date and time they used their weekly "once a week freebie". Not sure which field type I should use and if I have to make 52 individual fields (table) that's attached to each user. Hello. In any View I can hide colums only in finally View. And then save it as a basic View I need. But nowhere in editing of this View - neither in "Column properties", not in "Definition" - I can't see, what columns are hidden. Zoho Creator app for Iphone and Itouch shuts off
I have noticed an issue with the free zoho creator app for the itouch. A colleague of mine has also noticed an issue with their iphone. This is an important feature for our agency and would like to know of any knowledge on the subject. Problem - When accessing certain forms and reports, the app will just shut off. I have never seen this issue with any of my apps before. I assume it's an issue with the app and not the itouch device itself, but I'm willing to be wrong. Thanks, -Robby

multiplying decimal numbers resulting from dropdown selection
Hello, I have the following issue : I have a dropdown with option a, b and c and another with d,e,f. Depending on the dropdown choice, a decimal value is assigned to a Decimal Field (say x-factor and y-factor) for each dropdown respectively. I then try to multiply these fields in a formula field. For some reason I get no value whatever I do. If I just type numbers in Decimal Fields x-factor and y-factor I get a value in the formula field !!

International Characters not handled correctly in so many places
Good morning ! I need all Zoho Management attention on this matter. I need a fix ASAP or you will loose customers and a also me delivering services. The alarming thing I would like Zoho to get fixed is the incorrect sort order for international languages. ( Swedish .... character with åäö are last in the swedish alphabet but å and ä is treated as a and ö is treated as o. Zoho Creator to CRM
I have data in my creator account that gets sent to my zoho leads file in my CRM. However, it appears to have stopped sending the data. Is there any reason for this? It was working fine previously.

On a form I use the Go to Next URL option to select a view in the application. At the top of the screen it indicates that the setting has been saved. However if I click on a field and then come back to Form Properties the setting is changed to blank. Is there something special I need to do to get the settings to stick?
