Trouble adding attachments.
I have been using ZOHO CRM for a while now and have been amazed by the capabilities of this tool from the perspective of being an extremely cost efficient tool, and an open source solution. For the most part, I am very happy with my experience, however, I have been having trouble when adding attachments to anything in the CRM. I currently have a high end laptop with a duo core CPU and 4 GB or RAM, so I would expect that it would not have much trouble with pretty much anything I try to do. When I

Editing Pick Lists in German shows English Language Values
First of all, this is a very nice product, as are most (if not all) of ZoHos offerings... I have switched to "german" language. While the translation could use some polish, it is easier for my users and me to use our native language. I am facing a problem when I try to edit pick lists. For instance, in the leads module, when I try to edit the values of the "industry" field, I see the english values, not the german ones I would expect (see screenshot 1). lead conversion into accounts
Hello, I note that the notes I created for a lead in the note section do not get transferred to the matching account upon conversion. This is a pity as there are valuable information in my leads notes that I do not want to lose. The problem is that upon conversion that information see lost. Or I could not find a way to access it. I dont know what I did but now I cannot transfer a lead to another user. What should I check to make sure I can use this feature in the future. I was playing around with the users program and the next thing I know I am unable to assign leads to another user! harlan@ats.org
Italian language

It works great however is open to blatant spam abuse and while we can limit what is entered we can not limit that people / automated systems can fill in the form and submit it. I would like to request the ability to create folders or sub headings under the attachments sections of contacts so I can organize them. Unless I've missed something I don't believe that cababilty exists. jhwhite

Calendar Synch. with OUtllok
I am trying to synch my calendar with Zoho from outlook... It gets about half way through the "Reading Appointments" stage and gives me the error "Error while getting calendar details form outlook." conflict between outlook to zoho
Although I choosed "Zoho CRM Wins" when conflict between outlook to zoho, still I get the massage that 1050 contact will be deleted on Zoho and not be added to outlook. Why is that? How can I be sure to copy from ZOHO to Outlook? Yacov yacov_ygl

Contacts, Accounts, Potentials?
I'm new to CRMs and I'm a bit confused. I uploaded my entire Outlook contact list. Some of them are possible clients, some of them are current clients and some are just contacts. How can I go through and define this information without having to re-import the same data 3 times, then go through and delete the unnecessary items? Is there a way to convert a Contact to an Account or a Potential to a Contact or Account? Sorry if this is all elementary stuff, but I don't see any simple way, like a button

Calculating Probability Amounts
If I have a product amount of $50,000 and a 50% probability, do I need to add a field to create a probability amount of $25,000 by multiplying the probability percentage by the product amount? AND - can I then aggregate this new field - by product - on a dashboard?

mass email option dissapearing
I'm trying to use the mass email, for leads and contacts but the option is not their. I've just used it about half and hour back.. and now i didn't find it... MAJOR PROBLEM WITH \'QTY IN STOCK\'
Hi, if you create an invoice then go back in, edit, and resave, the system deducts the product amounts again, creating false numbers in stock. EG I sell 20 x Widget 1's. There are 100 in stock. I save the invoice and the new total in stock is 80. I need to add an address detail, so go back in, edit, and resave it. When you look at the resaved invoice, it will only show 60 in stock ???
