Love the site but having no luck importing contacts. I have followed all of the instructions and it says it is importing but hours later still nothing.. Any advice? Mark Ufland

Hello there, I love ZOHO so far. Just wanted to suggest to have the option of using email templates also when emailing an individual contact. And also, when using templates have the option to edit them right before clicking "send". I noticed that now the subject and body are fixed so you can't do any custom changes for that particular mailing. Thanks, David daser007

Custom Views in ACCOUNTs
The Custom View in ACCOUNTS does not appear to be functional, There is an obvious glitch in the "Specify Criteria" tab with the pick lists that are provided. I thought I could skirt around it by "adding criteria" and making it an "OR" such that the non-functioning criteria would not matter. But it does not create the custom view at all. Mandatory fields
Is there any way to change attribute of mandatory field? For example: Closing date in Potential is not necessary. The potential is open as long as it is not close.

Really need to get a sync setup for Outlook Calendar and tasks. I would consider it one of the best CRM's if you can do this. Also -never got the Outlook contacts to sync. Problem never solved. Rwood

Outlook and Other Email
When I speak with a customer, they will often reference an email that they sent or I sent, or someone else sent about a matter relating to the customer. I do not want to have to leave Zoho to search Outlook looking for that email. My question is whether Zoho can link emails to the appropriate sender's record automatically? uninstalling Outlook Edition
I installed the Outlook Edition of CRM and could not get it to work correctly and now I cannot get it to uninstall. Can anyone offer any ideas of how to get this to uninstall. I have ran both the install/unistall routine and have also tried using add/remove programs. It hangs on both of them.

Hi I registered again since I am resigned to the possibility that you will be unable to retrieve my original user id and password. Curiously I registered again under a new email address and never received confirmation via email that I have registered at all. Can you enlighten me as to what is wrong? Am I doing anything wrong? conflict between outlook to zoho

Potential to Case or Order...
I have been playing with CRM for the last week or so. Love the product. We are a computer repair/service company. We get lots of inbound calls and would like to use CRM to track the calls, followup on the calls. I can understand creating a Lead, and then converting the Lead to a Potential.
