Problem with \"Edit Page Layout\"
I can delete a field to the "Availalbe Field List", however, should I want to reuse that field, I can not bring it back to an active view. Is there a setting that needs to be activated? Help, help, help!!! weba_org
In accounts view - making website links active
We are setting up the CRM with lots of accounts, each having their own webpage. The webpage links are not active in the accounts view. The field the links are entered into is a URL field. Any suggestions? I can also be reached at scott@sermonplayer.com Thanks and God Bless Scott
Favorites or Bookmarks
It would be nice if you could add tool in the left toolbar that would hold internet favorites (bookmarks). Additionally, if you could add tabs that would be a favorite in itself that would be great. Patrick McPherson
usage question
1. how do i record partners in the system and relate them to potentials? can i also record partner contacts and attach them as well. 2. how do i record and display reporting hierarchies within an account. 3. can i integrate microsoft outlook email so that when i send an email i automatically pick up the email address from ZOHO and then log the email in the specific customer record? thanks. dodd
Wrong language on screen
I've refresshed the Accounts starting with 'C' page and the top half is in English and evything below the alphabetical letter line is in Turkish/Russian/Polish or some similar language. Lennox Coutts
Outlook
I have sent a couple of requests in regarding emails. I know that you can send mass emails and the system will track it. I need to be able to send emails to individual contacts and leads. I see you have an Outlook integration. I went through the steps in the help section but I am unalbe to click on the Outlook item under set up. Also - does the Outloo feature cost extra? navigating through lists
Currently, I find there is no way to return to a custom view after I have selected a record from a list to edit or view in detail without hitting the back button on the browser. This is very tedious, especially if I edit the record. There needs to be a "Return to View" button that brings me right back to where I started before opening the record. Thanks, Rob Rob Mathewson
Price Fields on Quotes & Sales Orders
Please allow for fraction of a penny prices on both Quotes & Sales Orders. For example, I have 1/2 penny prices on some of my products, such as $0.085. Yet, it won't let me save that way. James Washok
Big Deal Alert - problem 2
Another problem with "Big Deal Alert". I turned it off because of the problem that I noted in my previous posting. It shows up with a red X next to "Active" on the "Rule Detail" page....but I got an alert anyway. Two problems with this - 1 - The deal doesn't meet the terms of the formula I set up...I put it in for $1 and I should only get alerts for amounts >= $1,000,000 2 - I turned the alert off! Please help. r.
Edit View Function under accounts tab
Can I add a contact name column to the accounts view? I noticed that when Im under the Edit function Contact Name isn't listed to add to the selected columns. Lanette Foglia
Comments in Case Details screen
is there anyway to make sure that all comments are limited to one line, it makes the screen difficult to read. See my case titled potentials tab. thanks. the screen is stretched so far you have to use the scroll feature to read the comment. Kevin St Clergy

Big Deal Alert
The calculation used to determine if a "Big Deal Alert" should be sent out or not isn't working. I have it set to only go off for deals >= $1,000,000 and it's sending me alerts for deals of $15,000.

I just added a custom boolean field. The default value is "False". Problems Generating Passwords
Good morning. I have been trying since last friday to generate two passwords for boths colleagues on the free CRM version but till today no mail have been recived by neither. Could any of you give us any idea of what is happening? Once we go to user settings on the setup menu I tick on the users i want to reset the password and click on the reset passwords button. Then we get a Reset Password Corfirmation message telling that New passwords have been generated and sent to the following email ids.
