Task reassignment with lead reassignment
Is it possible to have tasks reassigned along with the Lead or Contact reassignment? For example, if a user has leads assigned to them, but leaves the company, the tasks are still assigned to the original user. In our environment, users can only see their own task. Can we have an option to reassign the task with the lead/account/contact?
Iframe, file upload & Captcha not working.
We have successfully setup Zoho CRM account. But when we tried to create a web to lead from from our account we were not able to use advance tools options (File upload & Captcha) in our web from. Also we didn't see any option for iframe (kindly check attached screenshot) Kindly confirm are we missing any thing as part of initial setup or these feature not available in free version (3 users)? Kindly confirm on this.
Use autoresponder while inserting lead with API
Is it possible to use autoresponders without using Web Forms? Idea is to send autoresponder when I insert lead to CRM. I know that there is possibility to complete it with workflows, but i'm interested in autoresponder functionality. Thanks for information.
Uploading data as a percentage
Hi In the CRM I have been trying to upload data that is expressed as a % in an Excel worksheet. I create a field in the CRM, using the % format, but when using the upload function it does not import the data. I have had to work around this be importing as an integer. But this is not a very satisfactory solution. Can you help? Johnathan

PO from Sales Order
I am a Reseller and would like to be able to create a purchase order from Sales order data, including requesting the distributor to drop ship the products directly to the customer (customer as 'ship to') as I do not want to warehouse the product. I do not see these features currently but I am also new to the product. Can I do these things today, or do you have plans to add these features soon? rjohnson
Replace the home tab with an uploaded logo
The number of modules in the menubar annoys me a bit, I have disabled the ones I don't use, however, one module keeps going into the "more" or "..." symbol. When clicking that, it fits nicely in with the rest on the menubar. So it clearly is space enough. However, what about removing the "home" tab if you upload a custom logo - let the logo be the home link instead?
Can one change/add criteria (other than email) when checking for duplicates when importing leads?
Hi, In our company, there are clients that use the same email address but have different establishments/companies (with different names) which are seen as separate entities. Unfortunately, when importing these leads, they are seen as duplicates (due to the same email address) and so a large proportion of our data is not imported. Is there a way to increase the criteria for duplicate search to email AND company name when importing leads to avoid this situation? Many thanks!!

How can Sharpspring Emails be Integrated into Zoho CRM Contacts?
Hi, We have Sharpspring and use it to send an email newsletter to our contacts. All of our Sharpspring contacts are also in Zoho. As such, we'd like to append the contact's Zoho record to reflect the email sent to them from Sharpspring. it would be preferable to include the HTML from the email, and we'd like it to land in the email section of the Zoho CRM. Custom Views
I just discovered that My sales reps can change the content and the order of the content in any of the views. Our company wants to standardize what the default views are but can not do this when the reps have access to change the content of the views. Is there a feature that prevents them from doing this? I would like for them to be able to create their own views if they want but we need to lock down the default ones.

Use company name as lead and not contact
Hi, I have just joined a company where the lead name is being used for the name of the contact person. This means that we have multiple entries of the same company but for different contacts. Duplicate Accounts when doing an report
Hi, I have done a report that shows all accounts which haven't got any activities tasks or calls(so we can track them and call them). My problem is that I have accounts appearing 3 or 4 times in the table and I can't find why. Is it because it also looks for Contacts without any tasks ? Many thanks for your answer. Regards, Florian

Potentials closing date - show this date in customers overview-list
Is it possible to create a FIELD inside CUSTOMER which shows the CLOSING DATE of a POTENTIAL from this CUSTOMER ? Because we want to filter CUSTOMERS with/without POTENTIALS and want to sort them by CLOSING DATE. If it's not possible, could you make it possible? :-) (At the moment we use a created field inside the customer and manually add the potential date, but this is a lot of stupid work. so it would be very nice, if it could work automatically)

We have our own webform that creates a trial account for our database for our program. We were wondering how the results of this webform can also populate a new lead as if we were using your webforms. hope that this makes sense. we may be able to do this the other way too. as in, we use your webform to create an auto email that is sent to our server to create a new trial account. just wondering

We want to create multiple history for each Contact: Education Benefit - Amount, Date Received, Name of School, Course, Year Level, Etc. Show related company contacts in a contact's view
Like when in an Account I can see the related contacts on the right, it would be nice if I go into one of these contacts, i keep seeing the other related contacts on the right. a)makes navigation easier within an account and b) i can see there are possible other contacts within the account.

I am importing client data from another system. We are importing all the contact - not a problem. However, we need to associate the contacts with the campaigns they belong to. I know this has been discussed very often on the forums and the answer is typically to use a 3rd party or Zoho Campaigns. However.. How do you see if the mass email that wash scheduled is complete if it is more than the daily allowed emails to be sent? I have a list of nearly 2000 contacts for newsletter distribution, I like the template format for the mass email because it allows me to post an attachment to the email. Project linking fails
Hi ! I've just entered a new account in Zoho CRM. I also linked a contact to this account. Then I tried to link the account to a Zoho Project as I did for other account. But, it failed. I received no error message. I should also say that the account name was Zen & Cie before and as I thought the & could be a problem, I changed it to Zen et Cie. I tried again to link it to his Zoho Project but it still didn't work. Any idea ?

Date field in web form: 05/30/15 is recorded as 05/30/0015
When a user enters an inquiry using Zoho's web-to-lead form, if the date is entered as "05/30/15" it will be recorded in CRM as 05/30/0015 instead of 2015. It would also be nice to have a pop-up calendar on the web form.

still getting reports after user is deleted and not in report scheduler
