Mass import of past Quotes & Sales orders
Hi everybody, For our company, old Quotes & Sales Orders contains relevant information about our clients activity. Is there a way to import past Quotes or Sales Orders from XLS to ZohoCRM? Thanks!
Zoho Campaigns
I started trying to begin a Zoho email Campaign, but the Campaign module seems to be completely separate. To get my contact list into the mail list, I have to export from my Zoho account, and then search for Zoho Campaigns, sign in, and upload them. Why is this? it means I can track who has been sent an email etc?
Que for incoming quote requests
Is there a way to build a "cue" functionality for incoming product quote requests? Much like Zohos "Cases" in which a support ticket is created and then it enters into a cue for assignment. I would like to build a custom web form to collect information from our potential customer about the details of the product they would like us to provide a quote for. Once submitted that quote request enters into the cue for processing. What is my best course for achieving this functionality? Thank you, Dustin
CRM Email not working
Hello, I have trubles with internal email in CRM It was working for a while (I used it to send invoices directly to customer), for couple weeks It is not available. I saw the message that email sent and nothing happend. 2) seond question, i tried to send to leads form email, but it shows Succesfully sent 0 from 0. What is the problem with emails?
Importing updates
Hi all, I just ran a report of all the Contacts I'd like to send Christmas Cards to based upon specific criteria. The fields my report produced include the basic info out of a contact record (first name, last name, address, etc). Obviously not all the Contacts fields. I then exported this to Excel. I have noticed in about 50 of these that we do not have the fields correct. For example, someone (not me, of course) has put first & last name together in the last name field. Unable to access Sales Orders for a specific user
Good morning. For some reason I am unable to access the Sales Order Module for a specific user in my accounts department. Plug-in for Microsoft Office
Hello, We are using the plug-in to merge our documents and are wondering why our folders that we have the documents are not showing up. Like we sign in. Click merge template, than it give me the option of which module and what template. All the templates are mixed up and not in the folders we have them sorted in ZOHO. Also there also does not seem to be a way to sort them. Is there something that we could do to fix that problem?
Trying to set up Gmail integration with ZOHO but can't find Apps and Add-ons
I've been told to go to set up and find the gmail up app in there but when I go to set up there is no Apps and Add-ons section. Am I missing something?
Need PDF in LETTER not A4
I know while the rest of the modern world uses A4, in the U.S. we use LETTER 215.9mm × 279.4mm. Of course the pdf viewer can resize it, but why not make it the correct size. This should be an option.

am I able to upload documents from places other than desktop? I tried to see if there were other questions like this one but I could not connect for some reason. also, I attach from desktop and delete the desktop item does it delete the attachment?
Locking layouts, etc. to prevent edit
Zoho CRM help says that Layouts can be edited by users with the "Customize Zoho CRM permission" set. I want to prevent users from changing layouts, etc. How do I find this setting?
Can´t sent email from leads
I could not send email from leads and the registered emailadress. this has been working before. I have done it several times before.
Export / Import
I am doing a mass lead update - I would like to use the Record ID (Lead ID) as the record identifier so that I can append values to a new field. I do NOT want to map by email as I do not have complete email data and I expect that this will create duplicates. How can I use Record ID as the only mandatory field? Essentially I want to overwrite using two filds - record ID and one other field with appended data. That should be possible but I don't see how to do this - neither do I see an ability to
How do I enable Territory Management?
The how-to says To enable territory management Click Setup > Territory Management > Territories. Click Get Started. You will have the following options to create a territory hierarchy. Extend from Role Hierarchy - Click to replicate the hierarchy from roles to territories. Start from Scratch - Click to create territory hierarchy from scratch. However, there is not option for Territory Management in my Setup. See screenshot and please advise.
Problem customizing potential stages

Email template fields not being populated

Managing Sales Territories
I'm new to Zoho CRM and looking for those who have ideas on how to use the application to manage sales territories. I would like to be able to assign leads by territory and be able to analyze potential and actual sales performance by territories. My sales people are assigned territories at the state level so it's pretty simple. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! James
Zoho CRM Enterprise Missing Products
Customer reports, and I can confirm, that the Products module is nowhere to be found, not even to Administrators - no along the menu or More..., not in Customization. I've checked Profiles and Tab Visible is checked for everyone. Customer does have integration with QuickBooks - could that be causing this?

Inserting SalesOrder via API 4500 error

While converting a lead to potential, all the activities in the notes and attachments are removed. We create case studies to do win-loss analysis. Hence these activities are crucial. Would be great if we can back up or retain for potentials as well.

Hi ppl. I have a problem, i configure my Zoho Crm Module "Activities" to show me the fields that i want. The problem is i fill the fields and when i will search for that "activitie" all the things are ok. How can I import data into blank field an existing Account record?
Is it possible, to import via a CSV file, a value for a field which exists upon the Account record. For example, for the account for company name ABC123, I wish to import the QTD Revenue Achieved. Obviously, this value will change and with some moderate frequency, I'd like to do a mass import into this field for all of my active Accounts as I have new and updated data. CRM Webform leads - can CRM email me when I have new leads?
I have set up a webform that adds new leads via my website (tested, functioning), but can't seem to find an option to email me when new leads are added. The only way to find out that I have new leads is to go into CRM. I'm a new business so don't expect too many leads right now so I won't be in CRM every day. Is there any way to get CRM to email me when I have a new lead added?
