Email Templates Not Coming Up When Individually Emailing
There seems to be a glitch with sending individual mail. This has been going on for about a week. When individually sending mail and choosing a template, quite often Zoho doesn't catch that I've chosen a template. I click it; the message body remains blank. I must go back into the template drop-down field and select it again. It doesn't do this all the time, but it's often enough where it appears there is a glitch or a bug. Any thoughts?

When I first login to zoho, the starting page shows the blue login name as "jimmyewilson." My problem is that Jimmy is a past coworker who has since left and now I'm in charge of the zoho account. I've managed to update everything else but this, how do I edit this? Thank you, I've tried phoning zoho and talking to other colleagues but no luck so far!

Imported Accounts Not Found
Started using Zoho yesterday. Just tried to load an excel csv. file with only 5 rows and 50 accounts. I received a message saying the import was successful but I can't find any of the data. Any ideas?

I have had a play with the Zoho CRM API and I am not sure how to accomplish what I want to do. I have a Zoho CRM setup where Contacts are mapped to Students and Campaigns are mapped to Classes. .pdf saved as attachment. "Open" or "Save" options. Will only save
In the CRM, when I have an attachment saved to a lead or client, when I click on the .pdf the CRM gives me 2 options. I can either "Open" it or "Save" it. In the past, when I clicked "Open" it would open in a new tab (browser is Chrome). Now, when I click "Open" it brings up a "Save As" dialog box. It won't simply open in a new tab. I tried disabling pop up blocks. That did not work. Any suggestions?
Default Text in a Field
Zoho Team, Is there a way to add default text/values into a field? It would be a very helpful functionality to add to our database. We want everyone to know exactly what to type in each field and default text would help describe what content should be addressed in each field. What is advantage of using Leads as opposed to Contacts?
Hi, I am not clear on what the advantage is to using the Leads function, as opposed to putting all contacts in the Contacts area. I like Contacts because I can tie a Potential to them. Are there advantages I'm missing to entering contacts into the Leads area first? Asked another way, are there disadvantages to entering contacts into the Contacts area directly? Thank you.

I have configured gmail apps so I can see incoming mail from contact in zoho but can not get it to track outgoing emails except if I send emails thru CRM. Is there any way to track outing gmail to contacts thru zoho?

Now we pass under Google Apps and I wish integrate the CRM with my domain. Here begins the problem. I invite other two users, but when I write their email for an invite ZohoCRM reply: "zoho crm id already exists. please use a different zoho crm id." Macros All Deleted Themselves.
I spent 5 hours setting up some macros for my users so they didn't have to worry about small items when on the phone. Today they logged in and all of my macros were gone and nowhere to be found. I am extremely upset as this is 5 hours of lost work & today I'll have to go in and re-make all of the macros. I'd like to know 1. why these macros got deleted and 2. how I can prevent this from happening again in the future.
How to know which lead was not imported upon XLS import error
Hello, When importing leads via XLSX import function, we run into errors now and then where 1 or more leads were not imported. 1. why doesn't Zoho tell us exactly which lead was not imported correctly? Can this function please be added? Or does this function exist? 2. since Zoho does not tell us, how do we easily find which lead or row or hint of which lead(s) were not imported? Currently, our only solution is to roll back and manually check the XLSX file to double check. Thank you

old forecast vs new forecast - numbers different

CEO option to share data with peers can´t be disabled

I am new to Zoho CRM but for it to be useful I need the Outlook app. In the instructions Zoho says Log in to your Zoho CRM account. Click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Other Apps > Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. However, even though I am the administrator this link is not visible. What am I doing wrong? regards
Monthly report on product sales
Hi. I want to run a report that shows the number of each of my products that is sold, per customer, and overall. I need to then be able to look at that over time, so I can see monthly sales of the number of each of the products. This sounds like it should be easy as the database has the number of products that are sold, when and to who, but Ive struggled to get a report to work. Are there any more standard reports already set up I can download which does this already, or can you help? Thanks
Problem with links on web tabs since last update of Chrome and Firefox
Good morning, Since last update Firefox and Chrome, all my customers have problems with the webtabs, each time that they open Zoho CRM they must go to the right corner on Chrome or go to the left corner in Firefox for fix it (I attach an image for show this, is a example in Chrome). I only use Zoho Creator pages in the web tabs, and need find a solution for this, is too tedius for my customers to fix it by this way( in the browser's corner), because they must do it a lot of times in a day. How do I get mail merge to produce ONE label for each Contact merged. I get one page of labels for each Contact selected.
I set up a template (like the sample one) with 12 sets of addresses per page. But when I merge I get get a page full of labels for each contact.
