Creating a view based on a sub-segmentation
Our concern is : - we have defined a segment of accounts (to do that we added a Boolean box on each of the accounts sheet to make the account part of the segmentation or not – it is a sub segmentation we need for only one specific project) - And we would like to make a view of all the contacts that are related to these accounts (with this Boolean box positive) How shall we do that ? Questions are: 1) is it possible to have web forms for different websites? 2) is it possible to add something specific to each web form to know from where it came? At this time I see no way to make a rule for this or a webhook because the field "Notes for this account/lead/customer" does not come up, and I do not know how to receive or extract the notes from the account. I can not get the Quote number to show up on the Quote Page I have tried removing and re adding. I have tried removing and adding a custom auto number field I have tried moving it to different locations on the layout. Nothing seems to work. Help please

Hi When viewing an Account, in the right hand pane you can see related contacts. This is great and very helpful to us. The only problem is it will only show 5 records. Is it possible to view all related contacts to an account in the right hand pane?

Add user to CRM from our organization, who created empty new CRM database
Hello, One of my organization users created empty CRM database with her organization email. This organization domain and email is hosted in Zoho and she acctively use it. Afer I try to add this user to our existing CRM under Setup / Users & Permission - I get a message, what user email is already taken. After I reinvite her to CRM and she press link or goes to crm.zoho.com, she is dirrected to empty CRM. How I can dissasociate her email from empty CRM database and connect to my organization? Also

Hi guys, First of all my compliments with regard to your great product(s) and the effort you have put into this all. Can you help out with the following: In price fields (invoice) when selecting Currency Locale to United States, the invoice for example shows "$10.5" in a price field. However when setting the Locale to an European country (e.g. Netherlands) it shows an annoying: "EUR10.5" instead of "�10.5" it would even be more professional to have 1 space in between (currency symbol and price) -->

I was wondering if I could create custom fields that are linked to each other. Example: I'm creating custom fields in the proposals module. I want to create a field called Proposal Source, with a picklist of options. One of the options will be "requested by manager." If that option, and only that option, is selected, I would like another field to appear that is a checkbox for "manager received city notice." Product details in email template

Subscription work flow and reminders
Hi, In our company we have annual subscriptions for our customers. I have found how to add an "expiration date" field to the account, but how do I set it to email a reminder 1 month before (so we can remind our customers), and is there a way to automate a reminder to ask if they have paid, to automatically rest the date to the next year? any help with this would be great, thank you.

BCC Dropbox Not Working
I am trying to use the Zoho BCC Dropbox feature and it to be setup correctly but does not assign them within Zoho CRM. The sender address in the list of approved email addresses and the recipient is on one of the leads. There is no indication that the email was retrieved. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Bruce

Mass Emailing Limit
Is there any way to get around the 250 mass emailing limit? We have 5 people mass emailing prospects, so this is really not a terrific quota for us. Some of our email templates have attachments; does this in any way contribute to the limit? Is there a way to increase the limit? How long does this limit last (midnight, an hour, etc.)?

At present the best solution I am working with is creating a custom date field formula that is Subdate( DATE FIELD,10,'DAY'), but what I would like to do is create List View Criteria that says If Formula Date Fields is before NOW() then show. How to avoid duplicated records, when importing leads from excel?
Hi Guys, I am new in Zoho so I am testing everything before start using the tool at full capacity. I create an excel with a few examples of leads with different fields and their respective information. When I import the file all is good at fist but then, when I import the exact same file it display all the leads info again (duplicate records) I try the three options (Clone, Skip, overwrite) but non of those are working! In the user rights the switch "CRM API" ist false. The user can call the CRM API when CRM API ist switched of and can´t see it when switched on. Hope not the hole CRM is buggy if so simple things go wrong. Best regards, Kai
